  This condo is beautiful in the pictures but even better in reality. We enjoyed the extra width of the living room with the floor to ceiling glass doors that allow you to soak in the gorgeous view. Most condos we rent have a minimum of soap, etc. In each bath there was soap, shampoo, a package of facial cleansing wipes. The kitchen had a complimentary pack of coffee/filters to have until you have gone to the grocery. We found this condo to be cleaner than most. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Grady for being so easy to work with!!

  This condo was beautiful and my teenage children loved it! Gre.at view from the balcony. Definately will return next year. My children said it was the best place we have ever stayed and we travel to Destin every year. The description was accurate and the condo was very clean. We had no issues during our stay. Old bay steamer is our favorite place to eat on the island. if you go into Destin pompano Joes is another favorite spot of ours!! If you like to deep sea fish which we do every year Capt. Steve at the Lucky Lina is the best!!! Definately would recommend this condo. We did not want to leave. 2 beach chaits and umbrella was awesome.

  We absolutely loved staying in this condo...the view from the balcony was breathtaking and the dolphins put on quite a show 3 to 4 times a day!!!!The weather was just perfect...We will be back,my 13 year old son loved staying on the top bunk and did not want to leave,such a relaxing time we had...Thank you to Grady for making the arrangements so easy...Until next year!!!!!

  My husband and I just returned from three wonderful weeks in this condo. It was our third time staying here and as always, everything was perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated and I just love the new art work by the owner (he is very talented). Also the new balcony furniture is great. The pub style allows for easy viewing of the beach, water, and dolphins (that came by sometimes twice a day). This place is so nice and offers such a beautiful view, that we rarely leave. The kitchen has everything you need, and with a view like that, having dinner on the balcony to us is better than any restaurant. If you do decide to venture out, there are lots of great restaurants close by. This is also our second time renting through Grady (Okaloosa Resorts). He is so easy to work with, always just a phone call away, and is always concerned that we are happy with our rental. He also gave us such a great deal that we look to him first for our vacations on Okaloosa Island. I can't wait to come back!

  I felt I should pay my $20 copay, and my health insurance carrier should pay the rest....I NEEDED this vacation THAT bad! From the very first conversation with the rental agent (Grady), my cousin and I knew this was where we wanted to stay. We were NOT disappointed in any way. This unit was immaculate, very well furnished, comfortable - simply perfect. The grounds are beautiful, there is covered parking, the view from the balcony was breathtaking, the pool is huge . . . and did I mention the gorgeous beach and furnished umbrella & beach chairs.....who could ask for anything more? Well - we did get even more than this - - - the price was better than ANYWHERE I'd ever stayed. I cannot say a big enough THANK YOU to the owners/listing agent of this property. I certainly look forward to staying here again. This trip truly was: Just what the doctor ordered!
