This secluded parcel has plenty of space for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, etc...
The home is an elegant five bedroom, five thousand square foot cottage, features an open floor plan that provides sweeping views of Lake Michigan. Completed in 2003, this beach house is designed with casual entertainment in mind. The large kitchen has a large, Quartz topped island, and is open to the Great Room and Breakfast Nook. All have unobstructed views of the private yard and beach just beyond. A whole house audio system is highlighted by a professional level home theater / media room equipped to satisfy true video/audiophiles.
The large front yard, opposite of the lake features a large lawn, perfect for catering tents, volleyball, or a casual softball game.

Rates begin at $5,500 per week*, off season. May = $5,500 per week. June = $7,500 per week. July = $9,500 per week. Aug to Labor Day = 11,500 per week. After Labor Day thru September = $7,500wk Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years: $9,500/week * Wk "Week" is a 7 nights. No discounts for shorter length rental.

We rented this fantastic lakefront beach home this past summer and I cannot wait to go back again next year! The beach is gorgeous and is very accesible because. One of our favorite places was the sundeck which is built into the dune about half way down to the water. They even have it wired with outdoor speakers connected to the home's audio / video system! We've always loved Lakeside, MI because of the great beaches and because it is so close to our favorite shoppes, galleries, and restaurants. And now, our favorite vacation rental home is there too!
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.
