  We thought the location and property where ideal for the cost. Condo was very clean, well furnished, safe with gate/guard, very easy to get anywhere quick. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone, if you want the "Four Seasons of Beverly Hills" then go somewhere else. This unit is perfect for families who just want to hit the beach and not worry about the decor era or if there is a grain of sand on the floor. The only thing I found that is not a big deal is that a TV is needed in second bedroom for kids or adults and also wireless internet, the kids would take the wireless over TV if you had to pick one to add though. Regardless, this is a great value and worth the trip, transaction was smooth, owner was very nice.

  Thank you Yvette for accommodating us for a month of fun and relaxation. The condo is ideally located for shopping, dining, entertainment, golf, and of course, the beach. It is comfortable, quiet, clean and very well equipped for cooking, dining in, relaxing, and sleeping. The view is excellent. I will definitely be contacting you when planning future visits to MB and will refer to you, friends and/or relations seeking accommodations there.

  Thank you for a great weekend. Two things one the sheets for the King bed were queen sheets. Also the front right burner on the stove doesn't work. Other than that we had an amazing weekend. Thank you again for everything. We will definitely love to rent from you again. CAN"T BEAT THE PRICE!!!!!

  Our stay at this condo was especially pleasant right from the beginning. We were able to go right in the front entrance and easily enter the condo on the second floor. My favorite was the view of the Apache pier stretching out into the ocean and the serenity of the location. We all had a great time!

  We enjoyed this condo. It offered all of the amenities of home. We will definitely consider renting Yvette's condo in the future. The Shore Drive area is one of our favorite areas to stay in Myrtle Beach. Yvette was very easy to work with.

  Our family vacation was for about a week. This unit is located on the highly desirable Shore drive area of Myrtle Beach. Not too crowded but still close to all the attractions. We spent many hours enjoying the great views from the balcony. This is a great unit for a family, being on the beach it makes the walk an easy one with kids and all their toys. The unit is very quite we never heard people next to us or above us. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for many years now and Yvette was one of the easiest owners to work with, she wants to make sure everything is great. She also returned my deposit the same day I left, that is unheard of.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  The place was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The refrigerator was very nice. We liked the view of the beach and Apache Pier. We had a great time and will call you for our next visit. The leather couch was comfortable for watching TV. The place is dated but was nice and clean and priced right for our stay. The owners were very nice and I will do business with them again in the future.

  The only good things about this unit is that is on the beach, has a lovely new fridge and the bed is comfortable. This unit need to be renovated , Most everything is old, run down and outdated. There were rugs, more carpet and mats everywhere to cover the badly stained original carpet. Even that did'nt do the trick, there were lots more stains not covered. The site lists a clothes washer, indeed it does have a washer but unfortunately it doesn't work. The large burner on the stove doesn't work either. If you touch the vertical blind slats, they fall down and some of them were missing from the blind. The door handle to the patio door was broken. When I contacted the owner, this was the response I got. If we can fix the washer, we could use it. If we unplugged the stove burner and plugged it in again it would work ( I tried but I could not get it unplugged and I was afraid that if I tried to hard to pull it out, I might blow the whole works), if we fixed the patio door handle she would re-imburse the cost, the blind slats were behind the couch and just need to be put back which we did but they fell down again. We paid for a vacation, not a handyman job. We were accused of using a gallon of cleaning fluid, but the bottle was empty when we got there. Also accused of spilling the fluid onto the floor of the cabinet and ruining it. It would be pretty hard to ruin anything in this unit as nearly everything is old, dirty and rundown and needs to be replaced.

  Owner response: Thank you Pat and May God Bless you, you had showed your personality, because of the unsatisfied condition you have left my condo after spending a whole month in April. I have several pictures of my condo in my VRBO add, and picture worth a thousand word to prove my condo condition. I have reference, in my VRBO add, from the rental that just left my condo few hours, April first, before your arrival and were very grateful. You already knew that the washer wasn’t working, you left the washer full of water with bad odor and you didn’t bother to remove it. The only reason I wasn’t able to replace the washer because the washer have unique size not available in the regular store, and you have a whole room in each floor full with washers and driers. I like to have a washer in my condo as an extra convenient to the rental, but it is not required. You requested cleaning detergents, I never left cleaning detergents before for any rental, even though I left you enough detergents for more than a month upon your request, and I found a whole gallon of the detergent have been spelled on the bottom of the bathroom cabinet and damage the wood [the wood was in black and green color], and I have to replace it. I have 2 windows and a balcony door in the living area, window in each bedroom and another balcony door in the master bedroom all of them covered with vertical slats. Only 2 vertical slats missing in the balcony that no rental ever even notices it, and you were complaining as if you were unable to stay in my condo for these 2 missing vertical slats!!!. The reason I put rugs in my leaving area, because I paid over $1,500 to put pads under the carpet, and it will be convenient to put rugs and clean it than clean the whole condo carpet. I never heard any rental but you who have a problem. I have gave you discount that was competing with the market price but you never was greatful. You have sent me over 20 emails asking about every small detail in my condo, and I was very patient to answer all your questions, but you never appreciated. You already informed me that wasn’t satisfied from your previous owner of the last year, I hope one day you will find owner who can satisfied you.   Great Condo location. We enjoyed the great view of the ocean and pier from the porch and the easy access to the beach. The condo is clean and tidy. Yvette was a pleasure to work with and we recommend her and her condo.

  Great Place to stay. Restaurant row within 1 mile. Our favorite (Biminis) is 1 mile away and walkable if you want all sidewalk. Apache Pier is fun with bands at night. Beach is right there and not crowded at all. Shore Drive is a dead end street so you avoid the traffic from other areas. Close to shopping(Krogers 1 mile) Would go back in a heart beat.
