  Such a steal! This was my second time staying in this house, this time as a girls trip. We will be back as a family again later in the summer. BEAUTIFUL home, clean and modern. Owner and his assistant are very helpful/ kind. Great open area for entertaining. Only slight downside is that there is not a long stretch of sand in front of the house. The water is easily accessible, shallow for a good distance which is great for kids having room to play without parents worrying too much. We didn't go fishing, but noticed a couple of boats fishing at the end of the dock. Dock has area to sit in or out of sun. If you want waves and more sand, it's a quick drive. Hope to be back again next summer!

  We truly enjoyed staying in this very lovely, roomy, clean home. It is lovingly looked after and it shows. We were close enough to all the attractions while having our own space away from the crowds. We especially loved all the indoor space, and also spent time hanging out on the beautiful deck and pier enjoying the warm morning sunrises. All in all a worthwhile place to vacation.

  Attended a family reunion in late August - right before Isaac, thank goodness! The pictures do not do this home and location justice! The house was roomy, clean, and the overall experience was much more than the photos can convey - peaceful, away from the commercial crowds and beaches, but close enough if that's what you are looking for. Owners and their agent were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Our extended family also came out for breakfast, and entertaining them was so easy. Only inconvenience was the dishwasher was out of commission during our visit and we forgot the binoculars, but the ability to sit and visit with family in the comfort of "your own" living room as opposed to a hotel lobby was priceless and made us forget what we didn't have.

  Our family of five stayed at this house for a long weekend. It was a great place for us all to gather, cook, relax, etc. The house was clean, spacious, and the water views were outstanding. We were able to enjoy the views on the nice deck. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the location was convenient to stores nearby (Target, Publix) for what we needed.

  My group had a great time at this House. It was a Guys fishing trip and we slept 7 pretty comfortably, with a couple guys opting to sleep on the 2 couches downstairs instead of sharing the beds. The kitchen was well equiped and modern with plenty of room for several of us to make dinner every night. We brought our 33' boat down and the dock was large enough to accomodate it. To save you a trip to Wal-Mart you will need 360' of hose and extension cord to run water and electric out to the dock. The location was very convienet, 3 miles to Pensacola Pass and there is plenty of bait you can catch right off the dock. Southwind Marina is just east of the house and has fuel dock and sells ice in bulk.

  This vacation rental has been one of the best by far in all levels! The house is very clean, roomy, and has character in each room! We were very pleased and definatly will be booking again for next year! So convent to Gulf Shores and Pensacola so we got the best of both worlds! The kids loved the pier and kept them entertained fishing day and night! The master shower is amazing, kitchen and laundry room very well kept and roomy as well as the bedrooms! Loved this house!

  This house is wonderful! It has everything you need and is very clean! We really loved it! The pictures doesn't show you everything wonderful about this house. We spent most of the time hanging out at the private waterfront area fishing and swimming. We also visited the Perdido national beach located only 10 minutes away. It is also only 30 minutes away from Pensacola Beach and the historical down town. We rented a kayak at the Big Lagoon State Park and paddled to the Gulf Side beach. That was fun for everybody.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  This home was wonderful! The pics don't even begin to show you every thing wonderful about this house. We were so comfortable it was very clean my son is stationed at Pensacola naval base and if he stayed there any longer I would make this a yearly trip .

  The first day there we experienced an amazing sunrise with our morning coffee and every morning after. The natural wildlife also greeted us throughout each day we were there. The house is nicely located only 10 mins from the Perdido national beach and local eateries. It is also only 30mins away from Pensacola Beach and the historical down town area. The house itself was nicely laid out and had every comfort of our house back home. We spent most of our time just hanging out at the private waterfront area during our week long stay. It was a nice alternative to a condo or a hotel, because of the quite neighborhood that it is located in. We can't wait to return in two years for our next vacation graduation!
