A Stylish one bedroom apartment in Chelsea.

This is the perfect location in the heart of SW3 one of London’s premier postcodes. Minutes away from the river Thames, the King’s Road and close to Gordon Ramsey’s signature restaurant this apartment is both intimate and elegant.

The building has a striking exterior and a beautifully well maintained interior with a resident caretaker. Our guests are considered 'one of the family' this is your London 'pied a terre'!

The elevator takes you to the fifth floor where you enter the apartment.

The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard. The bedroom has extensive storage with stunning views over the roof tops of Chelsea. The room is light and fully equipped with a double bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV (satellite channels are not available in the bedroom) and a chest of drawers. The room benefits from recessed lighting over the bed with dimmer switches.

Opposite the bedroom is a well appointed bathroom, featuring a stone washbasin and surround with hidden storage behind the washbasin mirror. There is a rain shower over the bath with glass panel, recessed feature lighting with dimmer switches adds to the elegance of the room. A backlit magnifying mirror is mounted on the wall.

The living room has windows on two walls, the principal windows giving sweeping views across the rooftops with the Albert Hall featured on the skyline. A black leather sofa and a vivid red Lignet Roset chair highlights the style and clean lines the designer intended. A backlit feature wall housing a large flat screen TV and a black lacquered media unit enhances the space. Satellite TV/DVD player is available with this TV. There are a small amount of DVD's available along with fictional paperbacks for our guests personal use.

A bistro table with two sleek stools allow for an intimate eating area with a spectacular view.

The galley kitchen is fully fitted, a Neff two ringed hob and combined microwave/grill/oven allows for cooking with convenience. A dual action washer/dryer and fridge/freezer completes the list of larger appliances. A George Foreman grill is also provided. Views across to the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament ensure a lovely light environment.

Local Shopping Amenities:
There is a small convenience store within a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The nearest Starbucks is a 7 minute walk to the Kings Road. Waitrose, a larger grocery store, is a 10 minutes walk, again on the King's Road.

About the owner: I have lived in several properties in Chelsea, it really is one of the best locations in London. I have lived in Asia, Australia and the USA. I've lived in both Los Angeles and San Francisco and have travelled extensively throughout the US on business. I have a property in Palm Springs where I spend the winter months.
