  What a great place to stay! Close to everything.Founders park,restaurants you can boat to in less than 5 mins. The Marina is close by so you can rent a boat and be back at the house in 10 mins. or less. Our boys fished of the dock while we relaxed on the patio.Very clean, the tiles almost sparkled like new.Washer and dryer worked great as did everything else.Everything we needed was there and clean.. The outside grounds were clean and well kept. You can tell this family takes great care of their beautiful home. Thanks Ramon so much!

  Thanks, Ramon for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. It was in a quiet neighborhood with well kept homes. The patio was gorgeous. We spent most of our time out there. Although the apartment was small, all the amenities were there. We were at Founders Park every day with the pooch to enjoy the dog park. The interior of the home was neat and clean. Obviously well cared for with everything we needed to be comfortable. All in all a lovely trip in a cute, comfortable home.

  I write this review with some concern.....not that there was anything wrong with the rental. In fact, it was absolutely delightful. My concern is that more folks will find out about this wonderful location and it will become difficult to book. This was our first stay here and we booked it for the month of January. The rental was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with all the necessary items. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the huge patio that quickly became our evening sitting area. Making this home even more inviting is its ideal location. Though close to many attractions, it is situated just far enough off on one of the quieter sections of the main highway. This provides much easier access to the nearby shopping, entertainment and fishing. During our stay, we had an opportunity to meet some of the owner's relatives and they, too, were delightful and helpful. It is our hopes to return again and again to enjoy this fabulous place. We thank the owners for sharing their fabulous home with us.

  I have been staying at this home for several years now and it has always been very clean. My family and I enjoy the huge patio and the glass sliding doors that opened up and combine the family room and the outside patio. It is very centrally located. We will continue to come back every year! Thank you very much :)

  we stayed on this property for a month and it was very enjoyable, the house is very comfortable and spacious. we recommend it for a relaxing stay.

  Me and my family stayed here for 5 nights in March of 2011. We were very excited and thought the price was reasonable. When we arrived, the home was just as we saw it on photos, with the exception of a few trash items and out of place things. Much to our dismay, we entered to the home to find: A sandwich on the kithcen counter, it had been sitting there for quite awhile, based on the bugs and the oozing mold. Beer bottles and trash left in the trash pale, with no bags. There was an infestation of sugar ants in kitchen. The rug in family room had not been vacuumed, what look liked months. Coins were scattere There was trash and bugs behind the couch. There were broken mini blinds. The vent in family area was broken. There were no vertical blinds or drape to block of the sliding doors from inside the house. If you wanted privacy, you had to shut the hurricane shutters from outside. The dishes in the cupboards were covered in cobb webs & dead spiders, we had to wash everything. There were small tiny cockroaches in the utensil drawer. The cable in the bedroom was poor, very fuzzy reception. The bulbs in the lamps were out. The AC wall unit in bedroom did not cool properly..it never got to 75 degrees or lower. The towels and sheets were clean and were provided. There was a small washer and dryer, however the dryer didn't work properly, many cycles needed to dry. Being the clean person that I am, I cleaned the whole place before we unpacked. We made the most of it while we were there, and spent much of our time away from the home. The 2nd to the last day we were there, the owners and their 3 children showed up to occupy the space upstairs. We did not know this was going to be the case, nor were we told. They occupied the ONLY common area that the house had, which was the patio and the area for fishing at the canal. They put their boat in the water, which prevented US from bringing a boat to tie up overnight. My kids spent their time fishing at the canal when we were at the house, and now they were upset that they now had to share it, or fight for space. We rented this to have a PRIVATE and CLEAN rental. We were never told that the owners will stay, with others coming and going. If we were told about this, we would have NOT chosen to rent this house. This was a very bad way for us to end the week, even after we had already chosen to live with the fact that the house was not up to our standards of cleanliness, and rental readiness. Very disappointed.

  Owner response: Our beautiful home is guarnteed 100% by our cleanliness. Our concrete dock is 125 feet long and big enough for up to 3 boats, Ours is a 17 '. As seen in the picture our $2.3 million home is very private but not exclusive.We rent the entire home for 12,000 a month. or 1st floor 2 bedroom, but not rent both at the same time. We the owners occationally on the weekend use our home. We always check with the renters if all is good, and all was good. We have many happy and Very satisfied guest and testimonials. Ramon
