  I was extremely impressed with the communication aspect through the owner. If we needed anything, we could ask. The location is amazing as well! Perfect for a week/weekend get-away and walking distance to where you want to be! I will definitely try to stay again!

  We are staying in this wonderful home for the 2nd time. We are a family of four, plus Grandparents, and an Auntie. The elevator is wonderful! The short walk to the beach and the beautiful large porch are great! We've cooked all week and find the kitchen more than sufficient! The t.v. is a bit challenging to operate, but there are written instructions to follow. Overall, this is the most beautiful and best value on the beach! We'll be back next year!

  The condo was so lovely! 8 adults stayed there and we had more than ample room. Spent a lot of time on the large porch looking at the ocean. You can walk from here to the restaurants of wrightsville beach. Plenty of parking and very up to date amenities as pictured. Only complaint was that the large TV in the living room was not working and we couldnt get anyone to the house while we were there to fix it. This mainly upset the men in our party. But once this is fixed, I know we would all stay there again!

  My entire family recently stayed at this beachfront view property. The home interior is exactly what you see in the photos and speak for themselves - just perfectly decorated and wide open. I have an 18 month old who I was able to see from the entire home so if I was cooking in the kitchen and she was on the porch, I could still see her playing. For anyone with a child/ren, this home makes it much easier to see who is where and what they are doing! The openness of the home was more than ideal. I personally feel the property under sold itself in their detailed outline of the listing. The home offered much more than I thought it would. For example, the outline says the 4th bedroom has a quite sitting area that is perfect for quite time. The sitting area has a twin bed was perfect for a child and should be considered a 5th bedroom!! There is a queen bedroom right across and there is a beautiful pocket door to close off that area from the rest of the home. The outside deck furniture (PotteryBarn sectional couch and large eating table with chairs) were large enough for everyone to sit and enjoy the great views all together. The outside photos from the listing undersell how great the outside views really are!! The elevator was ideal for sending up and down our luggage, groceries and handicapped mother. I will absolutely be a return guest to this home each year. The property for the value is unmatched.

  We stayed at this property twice. WE have two adult children and two grandchildren, ages 2 and 4 and this house was a dream. Great views and so easy because of its proximity to the beach. It also affords privacy for the grandparents (us) when we felt we needed it!

  Its a 15 second walk to the beach (one house removed with amazing views) and the pier. The home has impeccable style as I'm sure you could tell in the photos. The owner couldn't have been more friendly and we have been back to the home twice. I don't think there is a better home on Wrightsville Beach! Great value.
