  Me & family had a great time at las palomas ! This condo was neat & clean; & being on the bottom floor just across the pool; was the best ! Awesome !

The overall complex was very well maintained, private and secure. I would rent this property again and have recommended it to friends and family already.   This condo is by far the most nicely decorated and comfortable condo that I've stayed in at Las Palomas. The beds were very comfortable and the outside patio furniture was perfect for watching the sunset and having breakfast. The kitchen is very nicely furnished and has a great layout. I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect being right over the pool area. It's just a short walk down to the beach.

  This is a very nice place to go either alone or family vacations. It´s just a three and half hours from Phoenix and by a enjoyable driver way. Don´t hesitate to be a Mr. Ramirez´s guest. His property and facilities are awesome.

  This unit is a nice, clean, well decorated unit with a great view of the pool areas, beach, and ocean. The owners are very courteous, honest, and great to work with. The unit is close to the elevator. The beds were huge, and I mean huge, and very soft, with lots of nice pillows. New huge flat screen are in each room along with DVD players. We were nervous about driving to Mexico, but felt safe and secure our entire stay. The resort has lots of security staff on site keeping the place secure as well as local law enforcement patrols. The unit pictures accurately show what the unit has to offer. We look forward to staying here again and would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay at La Palomas or Rocky Point.

We prefer credit and debit card payments. - At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost. - We will charge the remaining balance of the reservation cost 15 days to your check-in date. - For holiday dates the entire amount of the reservation will be charged at time of booking and is non-refundable. - It is important that you clearly understand our policy for refunds, cancellations and changes. - WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS MADE BY PEOPLE UNDER 25 UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY SOMEONE OVER 25 DURING THEIR STAY. There will be no reservation changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival day. - Confirmed reservations which are cancelled at least 10 calendar days prior to your check-in data will result in 150 USD cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 10 days of your check-in date or no-shows, the total reservation amount will be forfeited. - There are no refunds for early departures. - There are no refunds for holiday dates. - No reimbursement in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy. SECURITY DEPOSIT Upon check in at the Resort, please be advised that you will be required to leave a security deposit for any damages or losses Check-in Time 4:00 P.M. Check-out Time 11:00 A.M.
