    This condo was wonderful. We were looking for a last minute staycation and this place was perfect. It was right in the heart of downtown Frisco. We loved being able to walk to everything. It was only minutes from Copper Mountain and a short distance to the outlets in Silverthorne. this condo really felt like home while we were there. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely try to rent the unit again.

    This property was perfect: located on Main Street but still very quiet since it faces the back. Walking access to the local shops and restaurants, and easy drives to Copper Mt., Keystone, and Breckenridge. Unit was clean, sunny, and nicely furnished. Owner is very accommodating. We would stay here again.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We've rented places all over Breckenridge and this is the first year we opted for Frisco -- and are we ever glad we did. Alyson's condo was clean, cozy, quiet, and convenient. The two full baths were very helpful for getting out in the morning and the furnishings were very nice. The condo had everything we needed -- including lovely products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) in the shower dispensers. We were easily able to ski Vail, Copper, and Breck from here, and there was no need to get back in the car to go out for dinner because there were plenty of options within walking distance. Overall an excellent value. We'll definitely be back!

    An Absolute Delight! Beautifully designed and furnished. Homey and comfy.Great selection of restaurants in short walking distance and less than a block from the Summit Stage free bus ( Car? Who NEEDS it?!). Minutes from Copper Mt. My wife and I could hardly imagine a better place!( and neither could our green-with-envy friends- a frequent-skier-couple who dropped by and will probably rent this place right out from under us next year!) And for nervous renters ( yep, that's us) the owner was readily available and helpful.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Was a very nice modern condo with spacious bedroom and two large bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Great kitchen supplies. Felt like it was our own vacation home. Would like nicer bedroom pillows and more comfortable living room seating. Overall tremendous value . Was very quiet and great location.

    Very much enjoyed our stay. Condo was as described. Clean; kitchen nicely stocked; comfortably furnished. Loved being in town - Frisco is our favorite Summit County community, and is centrally located for skiing.

    Great location close to restaurants, Stage bus stop and ski shops. We enjoyed the outside hot tub with a wide view of the Christmas tree lights nearby as well as coming back to the warm indoor gas fireplace. Bathrooms and kitchen are clean, new and spacious and the beds and furnishing were comfortable. We hope to return and stay again.

    This condo was really nice we had a great time in Frisco. The condo is very nice inside has everything. It is a very cozy unit. The location is winderful it is cright on the main drag shops eating etc. Thanks so much for letting my family rent from you.

    Had a fantastic stay during the BBQ Fest. Accommodations was just what we expected and more.(spacious,clean and inviting. Even got to check in early. walking distances to many places we went. We enjoyed a great breakfast at the Log Cabin right next door and a great evening meal at the Boat Yard. Spent a day at the fest. the next morning climbing Mt.Royal and an afternoon biking to Breckenridge and back Great bike rentals for $14. for two hours. It was a great time already told friends about the stay

    We arrived not even knowing that there was a downtown Frisco - what a pleasant surprise! The location of the condo is perfect - a quick drive to skiing everyday and once you get back you never have to leave. Many quaint shops and great places to eat (try The Lost Cajun - very fun!). The hot tub is just down the hall, along with a workout room. Was unsure about staying in an unfamiliar place for a 2 week stay but the condo was perfect. Just like being at home! Loved having the washer dryer. Alyson was very helpful every time she was contacted by us! We will be back! Thanks for a great place to stay!!

    Very nice, clean, easy access to all entertainment and shops. The furnishings are just like home. The full service kitchen will meet any families needs. We cooked full meals each night. The laundry is very convenient and allows you to travel lighter than you might normally without a laundry facility. It is located near free transportation; once you park your car, you might not need to drive again! We have stayed during winter months only, and found the units to be well heated (almost too good!). There is a small workout area and hot tub. We have stayed here before and the value is excellent. Will contract to stay again in the future!

    Some descriptors were accurate-nice furniture, second bathroom was a plus, the gas fireplace warmed the room, the kitchen was well stocked. the location and private parking were great On the other hand ,the hot tub cover was covered with snow and the water not hot, it was located in an old building, two major light bulbs were burned out, and it was impossible to read at night, it took a great effort to get the lock box combination from the owner. TV , VCR and CD players were there, but there was not a place to rent videos! A VCR an DVD library would be a nice touch.Hope this is helpful.

    Nice, comfortable one bedroom condo. We liked that there were two bathrooms, a fireplace, a jacuzzi, and a shared hot tub outside. Great for a romantic getaway.

    We have been with Alson for a number of years. Love the location and the condos. This was our first time in this one. It is well equipted down to the humidifier and scales. Finally got on them once and they're in line with ours at home. Doesn't work like that at the doctor's office. We discovered Vinney's this year. Don't know how we'd missed it. Did cook in two nights and had everything available that I needed. Thank you and we'll see you again.

    I rented this condo to go skiing mid December 2011. Everything was great. Excellent location, fantastic set up, very clean and well set up. The place is in Frisco just off the exit so you can get to all near by skiing in no time. I had a buddy with me and the place was perfect size for two of us, but it can take 3-4 if need to as it has two beds (one real bed another reclining coach) and 2 bathrooms. You can't beat the convince of strolling by the Main street to grab dinner after a day of skiing. Hot tub outside with a view on the mountains was excellent. To me the best part of the place was the heated floors. After freezing outside entire day on the lift it makes the place so welcoming. Bottom line, rent with confidence. The place is excellent and I will rent again with no doubt.

    The apartment was in a good central location in Frisco with a defined parking space. The apartment was as described and when we arrived the apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies. The extra bathroon was quite convenient along with the small porch in the back. Alyson was very helpful and communicated with us clearly which was appreciated. We just wish we could bring the cool summer weather back to Houston!!

    The Listing was just what they said it would be. Clean and well maintained. Felt like home for are week in Summit County. I would recommend to freinds or relatives, Right on main street Walking distance to Resturants and Pubs, Bus stop on the corner,Everything you need for a trip to Summit county! We will be back!!!     The unit is as described. However, the owner is not reliable or honest. We arrived at the unit 45 minutes before check-in. The cleaners arrived right before us. They told us that the owner "forgot" about our rental, and hastily asked them to prepare the unit for us. We stayed almost a week at Christmas. The cleaners told us they would return with linen and fresh towels, but never returned. Also, the owner kept $100 of our deposit and claimed we broke a bifold door. Also, beware of the altitude. We left midweek because of illness, and of course, and I didn't expect or ask, got a refund. Remember, if you stay at a hotel/motel and depart early, you will not be charged for unused days.

    Owner response: I don't "forget" about my bookings. I have been doing short term rentals for 14 years and have never forgotten about a check-in. BTW, I no longer use that cleaning company. My units are always stocked with fresh linens & towels on check-in. There is no towel service like in a hotel. There is a washer/dryer in the unit if the occupants would like fresh towels. This is the first negative review I have received in 14 years and the first time I have ever had to withhold part of a deposit.

    I was very pleased with the recent rental of this condo. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The mainstreet was adjacent which made it so convenient to shops and restaurants. I would definitely rerent this property. I was there alone but it is spacious enough for 4.
