The best deal in town!! This spacious pet friendly condominium unit is centrally located at the base of Beech Mountain in Banner Elk so it is only about 4 miles to ski on Sugar Mountain or Beech Mountain. The condo is within walking distance (only .1 mile!) from many of Banner Elk's finest restaurants and shopping district. This 3 bedroom condo with free high speed Internet is close to many of the areas attractions. Decorated in a rustic mountain motif, the condo has a wall of glass windows that overlooks Sugar and Grandfather Mountains. This great rental has a wood burning fireplace for a cozy evening at home where you can curl up on the leather sofas and enjoy watching the snow fall or leaves change. Be sure to bring your bathing suit to unwind in the two-person hot tub on your private deck after a day of golf or skiing.
This well furnished condo has queen beds in two of the bedrooms. The master has a sleigh bed and a second TV with cable and a DVD player. The third bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk over it. The condo sleeps 7 in beds but we will allow an extra person if you wish to use the sofa (not
a pull-out.) The kitchen is fully equipped including a new refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Of course there are cookware and dishes so you can cook and serve meals.
This rental is complete with linens and towels as well as most of the supplies you will need for your visit. Smoking is allowed only outside on the deck.
If you would like to bring a canine family member along You may request permission in advance to bring a small, or in some cases a medium size dog with you.
