This luxurious 1,700 sq. ft. 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo bought new in 2008 is located in Hollister, Mo. on Table Rock Lake. The condo is on the second floor, accessible by an elevator, with obstructed views of the lake. The property offers a boat dock, day slips, and an easy walk down to the waters edge.
In the condo, you will find luxury throughout, complete with granite counter tops, beautiful decor and comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and very roomy with top of the line appliances. Linens are included and ready for your stay. You will love that virtually everything inside and out is brand new and upscale. The condo offers free wi-fi internet.
Spring and summer are great times for being in and around the water, but you will enjoy this vacation spot year round. The cooler weather is great for golf, tennis, fishing, and visits to nearby Silver Dollar City. From Thanksgiving through Christmas, you can enjoy wonderful displays of lights, shopping, holiday shows, and experience the magic of the this special season.
Paradise Point offers a boat dock with twelve slips for a small rental fee, with adjacent parking for vehicles and trailers. Security will not be a concern as this complex is gated and has a night security guard.
Branson Landing, a unique shopping and dining experience on the shore of Lake Taneycomo is nearby along with many outlet shopping malls. Branson also features over 50 theaters and 130 comedy, music, and magic productions which run year round.

We just stayed in this condo for 5 nights after Christmas 2010. It is VERY roomy and decorated beautifully. Super nice kitchen with everything you need, large dining table plus 4 bar stools, and gas fireplace with blower. The beds were very comfortable and roomy! This place is huge for a rental and all the furnishings are like new. It was in top shape and gorgeous! We loved the location being just minutes from Branson and all the fun. We drove in every day to shop and then back to the condo at night. It has a new pool area with hot tub, boat dock, rec and fitness center, and right on the lake. We love this place!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: Welcome to our listing and thanks for checking us out. We love Paradise Point because of its versatility. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and a restful setting or a fun filled stay with entertainment and shopping nearby. There are so many things to do in the area-it's your choice when you come! Plan on staying at least a week to get it all done. We are a Christian couple that loves to travel and share our properties to those desiring a stress free vacation. We have been vacationing in Branson since 1995 and we fell in love with Branson and the area. We absolutely love cool walks in the mornings, evening boat rides, and the beauty of Table Rock Lake. There is unlimited entertainment nearby including Branson and their endless supply of shows. Silver Dollar City is within 25 minutes from here. This is by far one of our favorite vacation spots!
