Each Shipwatch residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living-dining area, kitchen and a private balcony. Shipwatch 302 is located on the top floor with an excellent partial ocean view.
There are hardwood floors in the living, dining and kitchen areas, carpet in both bedrooms and tile floors in the baths.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has granite counter tops plus additional cabinets installed for increased storage.
Flat screen TV's are in the living room and master bedroom with a standard TV in the guest bedroom. All three areas have ceiling fans as well. The master bath has been upgraded and has a glass enclosed, tiled walk-in shower with seat.
