My condominium unit is the most unique unit in the entire building since not only is it located directly on the beach direct oceanfront, but it is the only one-of-its-kind with a one bedroom and two full-size baths configuration. It sleeps up to four people comfortably, and the two full baths allow two couples or a family with children to have more privacy at a very reasonable price. All our guests have exclusive access to all the brand new amenities of the recently renovated 4 Star Hotel next door; the heated salt water pool and 3 gorgeous salt water hot tubs, outside showers, pool & beach towels, new fitness club, and fresh linens any time you ask for them.
A secure parking spot in the parking garage is also included. The living room opens up to your own private ocean front lanai with beautiful views of the beach and surf. You will have a full kitchen with gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and cooking implements. Washer & dryer, in room safe, iron & ironing board, TV with Cable TV & VCR.
This apartment is located in the only privately-held condominium situated directly on the most famous strip of Waikiki Beach. Nestled among five-star resorts such as the Halekulani Hotel and the Hilton Hawaiian Village, this oceanfront sanctuary offers the best location available to vacationers.
Enjoy sparkling blue waters, white sandy beaches, and world-famous Diamond Head views. Sit back on your lanai and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world with the sparkling blue Pacific and colorful rainbows that appear daily in the sky. In the evening enjoy the glitter of the city lights or a late night swim under the beautiful half moon overhead.
Every Friday night a fireworks show will appear after sunset over the ocean where you will have front row seats from your lanai. The beach is right at your doorstep. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the gentle waves as they wash upon the sand.
Say 'Hawaii' and alluring Waikiki immediately comes to mind. Here is where you will find Diamond Head, so dubbed by 19th-century British sailors who found calcite crystals in its crater and mistook them for diamonds.
Waikiki Beach with its golden stretch of sand that is superb for sunning, swimming, and surfing. And... Kapiolani Park, a 200-acre swath of green that King Kalakaua named after his beloved wife and gifted to his people. And... Ala Wai Golf Course only a few blocks from the Waikiki Shore.
In olden times, Hawaiian kings and royalty escaped to Waikiki for rest and recreation. Now it is the playground of visitors from all over the world. Right next to Fort DeRussey Park and a block from bustling Kalakaua Avenue, this is the only resort condominium on Waikiki Beach.
Go sailing anytime throughout the day on the numerous catamarans that park outside the condo on the beach. Take surfing lessons, or paddle an Outrigger canoe. Snorkel or boogie board, all types of water fun and equipment are available on the beach outside your vacation home.
From the condo you can walk along the beach and walk all the way to Diamond Head. Head the opposite direction and it will lead you to the Hale Koa Military Hotel, Hilton Hawaiian Village, or the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor. There is so much to do and see in Waikiki, and it is all within walking distance of my condo.
Swimming pool and fitness facilities at Hotel Spa next door are included with your stay.

My family has come to Waikiki every other year for the last decade. This time we wanted Oceanfront! We started looking for a condo right on the water to avoid having to cross Kalakaua (main strip in Waikiki) several times a day to get to the water. I can't rave enough about Jeff's condo. The condo, it is ON the Beach and direct oceanfront. The description of the condo and its location is right on. There is no better place to be. Watch the sunsets from the balcony; the sunrise from the beach; the moon out over the water. This was our fifth trip to Hawaii for vacation and our best stay ever. Even the parking space in the garage is in a good location to get to and from the condo. When the description says beachfront it really means beachfront, and only one floor above the beach. If you have a family and or don’t want to eat out every day a condo with a kitchen is perfect. The condo was so well stocked we didn't want for anything. Two bathrooms give you added privacy. The extra amenities (fitness center, swimming pool, free WiFi on pool deck, and free beach towels) at the Outrigger Reef next door are a wonderful bonus. Service from the Outrigger staff was also top notch. They were able to store our luggage and arrange a courtesy room due to our late evening departure. I recommend you book far in advance to secure your dates. Thanks Jeff we will be back in two years!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thany you. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

My family of three stayed during spring break and loved the location. My teen son slept on the fold-out couch and did not find the noise to be an issue at all as another reviewer stated. Frankly, we were all so exhausted after walking, swimming, surfing, etc. that nothing could have woken us up! The unit is quite large which worked out very nicely as we had a total party of 13 of us (three other families staying at Waikiki hotels instead) but because their hotel rooms were so small, everyone met at our condo many mornings for breakfast and most evenings for dinner or after dinner. Between all the seating in the living room plus four chairs on the balcony, it was very comfortable for everyone. In fact, having two bathrooms was very nice in this case as well. The location is awesome and actually on what I think is the quieter end of Waikiki. Our kids did not like surfing outside the condo as the water is so shallow and rocky (bring water shoes). We always went down to Kuhio Beach, behind the bronze statue of Duke Kahanamoku. It's a fair walk, but we didn't mind one bit. Shopping along the way was always fun. My only negative is the condo needs some updating/repairing. There is a bathroom light fixture missing, carpets needs spot cleaning, some tiles in bathrooms need replacing, etc. Normal wear and tear stuff that just haven't been done yet. Other than that, rooms are very clean. Oh, and while there are plenty of pillows in the unit for two beds, there is only one blanket on the master bed and no blanket on the fold-out couch or anywhere else in the condo. I would ask the owner to be sure to have an extra somewhere if someone is sleeping on the fold-out couch. There is no wifi here, but we easily hooked up to the Outrigger's next door. My husband and son used their gym next door and said it was small but very nice to have access to. It was also very nice to have free parking included. My sister paid something like $25/day to park at her hotel! Overall, if you're staying in Waikiki, this really is an excellent location and nice condo. I fully recommend it!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you for your response. Since your stay I have had the light fixture replaced, new carpet installed, and new tile work done in bathrooms. I have also added two extra blankets.

We have made many trips to Hawaii since 1967 and have stayed in a broad assortment of hotels and condos in the Waikiki area. This has been the best place to stay based on location to the beach. Big name hotels won't get you any closer to the beach or be much more convenient to restaurants or shopping along Kalakaua Avenue. The included private parking is a big plus even if you rent a car for just a couple of days. Beach towels, and access to the Outrigger workout area is a great benefit. Other pluses include: two bathrooms, washing/dryer in the room, easy access to beach, quick and proactive response when contacting owner and the local property management. A big plus, at least for us, was access at the Regency on Beachwalk (they are the condo's property managers) for the use of a room, based upon availability, to shower and change into travel cloths before heading to the airport on the afternoon of our departure. If I were to consider anything negative it might be beach noise in the middle of the night and early morning loud talking from the Outrigger service staff. We will certainly attempt to book this property in the future. Keep in mind, if you have interest in this condo, make sure you book early if you are planning a trip during any peak season--you won't find anything at this price, with this location that will be any better.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This unit is perfect, especially for an extended stay. We were in Honolulu 10 nights and this was a perfect location for our vacation. The unit had ample room for two people, the Outrigger was only steps away, the view was perfect and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We rarely stay at the same location twice but we will return to this condo on our next trip to Hawaii. The owner of this unit, Jeff Jarrett, is accessible and helpful. The condo will accommodate 4 people easily.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family of four. We very much enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach. I could be finishing up the breakfast dishes and see my two children right out the window setting up for a day of play. The property is right on the bus route to local stores and attractions as well as the convention center. The condo was bright, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the added security on the property with the remote, making the residential area of the property not accessible to the public. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

If you want location, this is it! I don't see how it could get better in the Waikiki area. Positives: Location: 2nd floor allows panoramic view without the 'afraid of heights' feeling. If the elevator is busy, a person can take the stairs. You can hear the ocean at night. It's so close to Lewers St., the Shorebird restaurant, the beach, and shopping. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent on the beach and the area is great for trying to long board or float in the water. The snack shop below sells great food (try the garlic shrimp plate) if you don't want to go to a form dinner. Amenities: You will have plenty of plates and cookware. If something does come up, the unit is affiliated with the outrigger next door. The unit has a queen bed, a couch bed, and a reclining chair with an ottoman that can possibly sleep another. It has two bathrooms and the washer/dryer were clean and in working order. It's tastefully decorated and not cluttered. Communication: The owner, Jeff, was so easy to communicate with. We were going to split our time between staying in Kailua and Waikiki. Once we got there, we decided we wanted to stay at his place one day earlier. He answered his phone right away and made it easy for us to add a day. Considerations: If you are a super light sleeper and you know you'll have to sleep on the couch bed because someone else will be in the bedroom, just know that you will experience some noise and penetrating light. When the sun rises, it pours through the gaps in the verticals, and you can hear the hustle and bustle of the ocean and nearby hotel restaurant. If you are just staying in the bedroom, you can shut the door and block this out, but the a/c unit is loud. Tips: Bring some coffee filters with you from home. You'll want to buy Kona Coffee from gift shops, but won't want to buy filters just for a few days. If you do plan to go in the water there, bring some water shoes as it's a bit rocky. Kailua and Ko-Olina beaches have finer sand, but Waikiki has so much to do. Aloha. Have fun. Just book it and enjoy!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

From initial contact to the final maid service this experience was perfect. The location to the beach couldn't be closer and the convenience to the other fine hotels to taste their fare is a beach stroll away. We loved the ceassr salad at Dukes and The Hilton has a free Friday Hulu show at 7ish (depending on time of year). Best drink is Surfridere (Obama momma - at the outside bar). Best egg breakfast sandwich downstairs at the shack hut. Sit and watch the world go by from the best ocean balcony view, rent the kayaak down-stairs, and catch the sunset from the sand or the balcony. This awaits each renter should you choose this unit. Improvements: more kitchen supplies such as large bowl for salad, an oven pan for roasting fresh veggies.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.
Owner response: I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! I will have your large salad bowl and oven pan in the unit this week. I hope you come back to Waikiki soon. Jeff

My two sisters and I took a "sister trip" to Hawaii and couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay for our week long trip. The pictures and descriptions of Jeff's condo property are "spot on" and leave nothing to the imagination - what you see and read is exactly what you get. Very nice and clean with more amenities than you will get with a hotel room. The second floor lanai is perfect for people watching, enjoying the ocean views and the beautiful sunsets. The staff at Waikiki Shore, as well as the Outrigger Reef next door, were very courteous and accommodating. We had the pleasure of experiencing an evacuation due to the Tusnami threat from the Japanese earthquake during our stay and were comforted to learn that the property managers had a plan in place for the guests and their safety, so when the warning sirens first sounded, we knew what to do. We did not rent a car during our stay, but didn't need to. Everything we wanted to do - shop, eat, sightsee, lounge on the beach, etc. we could do by walking a short distance. Most tour busses either stopped in front of the Outrigger Reef, or a few short blocks away. There are many great eating places in all price ranges within a few blocks of the condo. Just below the condo you can rent almost any type of equipment to enjoy on the beach or in the water including chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, inner tubes, paddle boats, etc. Or you can walk a couple blocks to the nearest ABC store and buy a $2 raft and simply float the afternoon away on the gentle waves. We would definitely rent this condo again and would very highly recommend it to family and friends. Jeff was super to work with and responded to our questions promptly. Thanks, Jeff, for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We have many fond memories or our trip that will last a lifetime!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
Owner response: Thanks for the great review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, and hope to see you again, Jeff Jarrett

I am questioning giving this review! What if I want to stay there when you do!!! Ha! This is unquestionably the best location you will find in Waikiki. I was born and raised on Oahu (kaimuki) and moved to the bay area of California. We take trips 'home' yearly and on our last trip were fortunate enough to stay at this location. The room is simple and perfect, your lanai is directly over the beach and vendors (lots of people watching! Bring binoculars!). The umbrellas you see in the photos are fantastic if you plan to spend an entire day on the beach and rent for $30 a day (plus tip, for the guys who set them up and take them down. It's hard work!!) They also have surf and paddle board lessons!! Shorbirds, a great place for Karaoke & cocktails at night, with yummy pupu's is adjacent to your condo in the Outrigger Reef, where you have access to their salt water pool (kids loved it!). The ocean in front does have some coral, but there are clear spots for the little ones to wade in. The coral brings the aquarium to you, there are small tide pools where you can see fish, crabs, sea urchin (in Hawaiian it's called Wana, pronounced vana) and other small species of sea life. Next door is the Hale Koa (miltary hotel) where you can view their museum, there are also countless stores within walking distance to shop at, even an apple store! There is a Denny's at the corner and 1/2 a block away is "Eggs & things" a breakfast joint with fab food. The Bus stops are within walking distance and will take you any where you want to go on the island. The unit comes with a parking stall (it's a walk from your stall to the elevator, it justified everything I ate!) and you'll be glad to have one, parking in Waikiki is outrageous! There is no doubt I'll be emailing Jeff for another stay... I cross my fingers sooner than later!!! You will enjoy this location if you want to be in Waikiki, no doubt. Aloha Kakou!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you! Hope to see you again!
