It is hard to know what more I can say about this wonderful home -- except that I have already reserved my return visit next year. As others have said, everything one could want is provided in this lovely home. Perhaps I can add that it is a cinch to keep this home clean for those on extended stays-- tile and laminate floors in the main rooms, lovely carpets in the bedrooms, a vacuum and other tools needed. I will mention how wonderful the location is. Turtle Creek is a super friendly neighborhood. In two months I made numerous friends. I play duplicate bridge so I played twice each week at the senior center which is an easy walk from the house. I greatly appreciated the many routes my dog and I could take to get our six miles of walking in each day. Of all the wonderful beaches, Avila Beach is my favorite -- 40 miles southwest and nestled in a cove. For hikers, Bishops Peak is a great treat with a spectacular view of San Luis Obispo. The California missions are well worth visiting. There are too many wonderful wineries to mention all of them, but Aron Hills serves a delicious lunch on the patio, and every Sunday afternoon Sculptera hosts a concert. Anyone who has a chance to stay in this home has a very special treat in store.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. I loved every minute of my stay. Very clean, wonderful yard, loved the fire ring table in the patio. My dog was safe in the yard and I did not worry about leaving her alone. Linda is just great, if you need anything she is your contact. My husband and I recently spent three nights in Rodger and Loretta's condo. Our experience could not have been better. The condo was clean, spacious and quiet! Rodger sent all information we needed by email and there was a local contact person had we needed anything. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. The condo was easy to find and close to numerous grocery stores. The wineries were 20-45 minutes away depending on how far west and north you traveled. We only had dinner out once. McClintocks in downtown Paso had a great burger. Also downtown is an Italian cheese shop that had all we needed (cheese, salami, olives, baguette) for a picnic lunch when wine tasting. Traveling south to Pismo Beach was easy and don't miss the Splash Cafe for clam chowder. Morro Bay is also close and a fun community. We would highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I were in Paso Robles for family wedding. We found the accomodations just as advertised. Very beautifully decorated home with lots of windows and fantastic kitchen. There is a nice dining table and also breakfast bar with high chairs (not stools). Kitchen had pots and pans and most of the gadgetry that you would need to cook even for a family. We were having company for dinner and needed a juicer and hand mixer for my lemon pie; Linda the manager was there within an hour with everything we needed. The living room had two couches so husband and I could spread out. The master bedroom is huge as is the master bath. It was nice to have drawers to put our folded clothes in for our week's stay. Two large closets in the master bedroom so we put suitcases in one and hanging clothes in the other. There is a second bedroom (which we didn't use) and guest bathroom. Washer and dryer in the closet were great and we kept up with the laundry so we were all set for the next week in hotel rooms. It was quite a shock when we got to our first hotel after being in such spacious surroundings the first week. Very nice to have a patio which was landscaped; nice table and chairs and also grill for your use on the patio. This home is in a quiet neighborhood on East side of Paso Robles but very close to shopping. Went to several farmers' markets while we were here; especially recommend Thursday evening San Luis Obispo farmers' market. Also Trader Joes, meat market and fishmarket all in same small mall in Templeton. We used this as our home base and did lots of day trips from here. Highly recommend this property. We loved the place from the moment we drove in. Both the inside and the outside are beautifully maintained. I was impressed with the cleanliness , always a must with me. The decor was tasteful and comfortable. I loved the solitude of the location, as well. would definitely return, and recommend it to others.Would also like to thank the owners for the plush, soft bath towels. This home was centrally located for our 8 day visit to Paso Robles wine country. It has everything and then some. From the wonderfully equipped kitchen to the warm firepit on the patio, it would be hard to ask for anything more. We fully enjoyed our stay here, the skylight in the bathroom was great in addition of the free internet connection. The property manager was so great and helpful.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first time renting this condo. It's location was great for our wine tasting and antique shopping. Very clean and had all what is needed for a great stay. It's better than the pictures. We only had one problem and was with the wireless contection. Never really could use it. Problem with AT&T. We recently stayed at this condo, and it was better than we anticipated. We rented it with my parents, who were in Paso for the first time. We found the condo flush with amenities, including a great grill and nice neighborhood. It was very conveniently located to great wine tasting, food stores, and the cute downtown Paso Robles area. My parents are already looking forward to coming back to stay for their next visit! We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone interested in this lovely area of California.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We stayed at this delightful place 4/12 thru 4/15, It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and decorated beautifully. I would recommend this home to anyone. We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay in your lovely, clean, well appointed condo. The location was very convenient for us, visiting family. The patio/yard area, fireplace and comfortable furniture were a plus. We will be looking forward to a return visit in the near future. Manager and owners were friendly and helpful. Our vacation in the central coast was wonderful. The accommodations were as described on the web site. It was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. All the comforts of home. The property is nicely decorated and very clean. The fenced yard was perfect for my dog. The condo is separate home and does not feel like part of a large complex; the neighborhood is very nice. Both the property manager and owner were very pleasant and helpful but also not intrusive. All in all, a fantastic place and an excellent value. I would certainly stay there again!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were so happy with our stay. Loved, loved the decor.The flat screen tv's are very nice and extra big, great picture.The photos on the website are very accurate. Owner very helpful with questions, and very accurate with responses. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need plus some. Everything newer and clean. Nice quiet neighborhood, felt totally safe even when arriving late at night. Very Large master bedroom with 2 closets and en suite bath w/ low step in shower. Plenty of closet space(second bedroom and hallway). The patio area is private (all fenced in),artwork on the fence unusually attractive and the "glass" type fireplace (uses propane) in the table on the patio was really nice and kept us warm.. We enjoyed our stay so much. We are looking forward to the next time, already. We have already recommended this home to some friends and we would do so for anyone. We were not in town for any activities (just family stuff),Paso is a nice small town and the downtown has a couple cute and good restaurants very near a park. Nice small town shops. Very pleasant area.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had the best girl's weekend stay at this wonderful condo. Comfy, cozy furniture, beds and linens very comfortable, kitchen supplied with everything we needed and a lovely patio to boot! Close to wineries and mineral hot springs and spa. Truly a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful townhome and community. What a nice place to stay - well appointed/decorated, spacious, comfortable. We loved it! The heated table and lights on the patio were a nice touch, too. Additionally, the community offers pleasant, quiet surroundings and a nice jogging/walking path. I would stongly recommend folks 55 and over to consider this option. We felt like we could live in this house. Our stay was in large part to learn about and taste Paso Robles wines and this location was perfect for that adventure. Thanks to the owner for sharing and also to Linda for helping us get settled and for the bottle of wine! On our next trip your direction, we'll hope the home is available again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
