  We spent a great week at the villa, it has everything you could want and was well maintained and looked after. The pool area is lovely and was enjoyed by all the family, it is great to spend time there and relax and unwind. The villa is on a safe, gated estate which is well looked after and is close to Naples and the beach. The Everglades is a short drive away and worth a visit. I would definitely recommend this villa for a holiday and hope to return one day.

  As a group of five males we came to Naples to go fishing on a local fishing charter boat. We arrived April 14, 2013 and was impressed with first the area where we were staying and then the property we were staying at. We found the property to be great for us. It was clean, it was confortable, the kitchen had quality cookwear and sufficent dinnerware. The manager was helpful and the community assoc. was quick providing service for the gate sticker. I would recommend this property to all. We enjoyed it greatly and will try to lease it next year again. On top of a great property we had great weather and succesful fishing trips.

  This is a lovely house - really spacious and well equipped. We think it's the nicest we have rented in Briarwood. It was spotlessly clean, really comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed the Weber grill and the pool and hot tub - not to mention the canal view where we spotted alligators and turtles. The home owner is exceptionally helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vacation rental or to return to it.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  We enjoyed a wonderful family reunion for Thanksgiving in this lovely home. It had plenty of space, was well appointed, and very comforable. It was such a treat to have a heated pool and spa at our disposal, all screened and bug free. The cooks among us found the kitchen to so well equipped that we never ate a meal out, and were able to prepare the side dishes and desserts to accompany our nephew's turkey. The beaches, parks, and shopping were easy to get to. It was the perfect home base in Naples!

  We stayed here for one week with our two teenagers. Property is exceptionally well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The nearest beach is about 10-15 mins drive away; supermarket just 5 mins away. We all enjoyed chilling by the pool and in the spa and cooking in the outdoor kitchen!

  We are 'snowbirds' for a month and like this general area for its convenience to everything. After a few years we have finally found a house we are returning to for next year. It is spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and well maintained inside and out. The communication with the owner is wonderful and the local manager is very attentive. The house is beautiful as pictured, nicely decorated, and attractively landscaped. The setup with 2 king beds for 2 couples providing privacy for each is perfect for us and we look forward to next year.

  We had a wonderful February stay at your house and couldn't have been more pleased. The house was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, and the pool. We ate nearly all of our meals out on the lanai. There was plenty of room for 6 adults, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We appreciated the abundance of patio furniture, beach towels, and books to read! We would not hesitate to recommend your house to anyone.

  Had a great stay. Everything came as advertised. Greta place to just show up and have all you need right there. Great location for town, beaches, golf, etc. Will certainly come back again next year.

  Everything we expected and more. This is a lovely home, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool and spa are a good size, and the gas bbq came in useful; although there are so many great restaurants in Naples - you will be spoilt for choice. We were two families with teenage children, aged 15, 16 and 17, and they all loved the house and pool. The beds are comfortable, the air con is cool, the decor is lovely and we wanted for nothing during our stay - I would highly recommend this house!

  I would highly recommend this house as the best one we have stayed at in Naples. It is immaculately clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly want for your vacation. It is well furnished and very spacious and the outdoor area is excellent, with a gas barbecue and outdoor kitchen. We had many an evening lounging in the spa with a cocktail, watching turtles in the canal which it backs onto. The younger generation very much appreciated the inclusive wi-fi too! The owners are very proactive and extremely helpful. I would not stay anywhere else in Naples now!
