The unit has great views of Whistler Village, a private hot tub, and spectacular custom-built, handcrafted Northwest Rustic furnishings, antique Canadian, and authentic original art.

The entryway features a heated slate floor and handcrafted, custom wood bench for removal of boots and shoes and a coat closet. You pass through into the Great Room, encompassing kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and spectacular finishing. The dining room set off from kitchen by huge log posts and beams with handcrafted Northwest Rustic dining table and has chairs for six, customized spot lighting and antler chandelier. The large living room features a comfortable queen sofa bed, wood-burning fireplace and a built-in handcrafted entertainment centre equipped with a home theatre system containing a 42? flat wide screen HDTV monitor, Dolby Digital 5.1/dts A/V receiver, built-in Bose speakers, progressive scan DVD player, and digital cable feed. There is also a custom built Northwest Rustic computer desk housing high speed computer, flat screen monitor, unlimited high speed internet access, and printer. The windows are covered with floor to ceiling rustic wood plantation shutter. Off the living room is a private deck containing hot tub and spectacular views.

The master bedroom is Berber-carpeted with custom handcrafted Northwest Rustic queen log bed and matching nightstand and dressing mirror and also features a custom-built Northwest Rustic entertainment centre containing 27? high resolution TV monitor, state-of-the-art Dolby Digital 5.1/dts A/V receiver home theatre system including built-in speakers, progressive scan DVD/VCR player, and digital cable feed. This bedroom also has a walk-through closet, leading to an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/shower and a sauna, as well as heated slate floors and a custom-built Northwest Rustic double sink vanity with antique copper fixtures. The bathroom also has volume controlled music piped in from the bedroom entertainment centre. The second bedroom is also Berber-carpeted; it has a custom-handcrafted Northwest Rustic tribunk: (queen on the bottom, single on the top). This room has expansive Whistler Village Square and mountain views.

The second bathroom is accessed from the Great Room and is equipped with heated slate flooring and custom- slate tiled shower, custom handcrafted Northwest Rustic vanity with antique copper fixtures. It has its own volume-controlled music piped in from the living room entertainment centre.

The exterior deck accessible from the living room through rustic floor to ceiling solid wood plantation shutters, and houses a private hot tub perched above and overlooking Whistler Village Square, but also offering spectacular views of Whistler-Blackcomb and indisputably, the best people watching in all of Whistler

This property is priced in the winter between $600 and $800 per night, depending on the exact dates require. Please do not enquire about it unless you are comfortable with a budget in this range. Minimum stay is 3-7 nights, depending on the season - please DO NOT enquire about 1 or 2 night stays as no response will be given. Weekends in February have 5 nights min stay and Xmas and New Year are 7 nights min stay.
