This is a spectacular townhome in one of Whistlers most exclusive locations. Built to an extremely high standard with extensive use of hand-peeled logs and quality wood finishes, it has an extremely impressive feel.
On the main level there is a living room with river rock wood-burning fireplace, cathedral ceilings and large view windows, as well as a large deck with gas barbecue. The living area also features interesting artwork, a large plasma TV and a spectacular hi-fi system including B&W speakers. Behind hand-peeled logs sits a fully-equipped kitchen with a seating area at the counter top.
On the same level is a double bedroom and a shower room.
On the upper level there are two bedrooms, a master with its own gas fireplace and hand-crafted wooden ceilings and a large ensuite bathroom, a triple bunk room with a unique log-built bunk and a third bathroom with tub.
On the lower level there is a private double car garage.
This unique property has a private hot tub nestled in the woods adjacent to a private ski-in run which brings you back literally to your doorstep. You can step out of your skis and into your hot tub if you so desire.The ski-out is to the creekside gondola and needs a short walk up the hill to access the trail.
Finally this property also has access to a swimming pool which is open during the summer season, and also offers easy access to local tennis courts.
Minimum stay is 5-7 nights, depending on the season - please DO NOT enquire about stays of fewer than 5 nights under any circumstances.
Pricing starts at $795 per night in the winter. Peak New Year pricing is $1295/night. Summer pricing is from $500 a night. We would be delighted to hear from you if you are staying at least 5 nights and are comfortable with a budget in this range. Please do not enquire about shorter stays or discounted rates. The price of this home is never discounted for any reason including last minute availability.
