  My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for a few days and this condo was perfect for us. It is right on the beach, and we watched the sunrise almost every day we were there. The condo is very clean. The bed is super comfy. The condo has a great location. We walked to lots of nearby places. We would recommend this condo and we would definately stay there again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  When researching for a place to stay near Savannah, this was the only one I found that had consistently outstanding reviews by those booking a place. The reviews were justified 100%. The owner, did an outstanding job outfitting the condo and sees that it is very well maintained. He did a fine job of staying in touch with us prior to the trip, with lots of advice. We have already recommended the place to several friends. While we did go into Savannah several times, the most enjoyable aspect of our trip was spending our days on Tybee Island. The shopping everywhere we went , both on the island and in Savannah, was "touristy", i.e. beachwraps, sunglasses, hats, etc. We sat on the condo's balcony for hours and hours enjoying the ocean and beach right in front of us. The location of the condo in the complex was very convenient. The 3 pools and the on-site restaurant (Marlin Monroe's) was just steps away. Beach access was very close too. The weather this time of year was just right. Daily highs in the upper 60's to the middle 70's, with lows between the mid 50's to mid 60's. We were lucky in that we caught 6 out of seven days with lots of sun. There are more than enough restaurants close to the condo to last anyone a week of eating out. Here are our ratings of those we tried for evening meals: Sundae's: A+. The Crab Shack: A. AJ's Dockside: C+. Light House Pizza: A. Uncle Bubba's: A. Marlin Monroe's: B-. We both love seafood and truly had our fill of it on this trip! Hint: The Fried Green Tomatoes at Sundaes and the Grilled Oysters at Uncle Bubba's are a must! We thoroughly enjoyed the Old Town Trolley Tour in Savannah. Our driver did a very good job. We also enjoyed driving all around the Historic District, and River Street. Our GPS made it all a snap. If you're a light house junkie, the Tybee Light and Museum is a worthwhile stop. Fort Pulaski was also very interesting, with excellent lectures on the site's involvement in the Civil War.

  This condo was wonderful!! The renter was easy to work with and very prompt with any questions!! The condo was clean, everything you needed in the kitchen, and the bed was very comfy!! The location was great and was near many places to eat in walking distance. The view was spectacular as well. Quiet area on the beach. This was our first time to Tybee Island and even the East Coast beaches and we were impressed and plan to return in the future. Also - if you rent this condo there is a kitchen drawer full of brochures, menus, and books to help any tourist make the most of their stay. There are also two beach chairs located in the closet if you happen to forget yours like we did!!

  The furnishings in the condo are top rate, it is large, comfortable, very convenient, high end - only complaint the shower was dirty, dirty as are the floors. The tile is porcelain so you don't know it until you look at the bottom of your feet.

  The condo was very very clean and comfy!! The bed was really comfy!! The view was wonderful!! Vic was easy and nice to work with as well. The condo had all the items you need on a trip as well. It was very well stocked and beautifully decorated. The location was great and close to everything. If we ever come to Tybee again I will look this site up again and try to book with him again.

  We had a great time at this condo. It was really beautiful and well-equipped. The view was amazing. We ate out most of the time, but it does not have an oven (just a toaster oven). If you plan to do a lot of cooking, this may not work out too well. Otherwise, it was lovely and the owner was great and incredibly easy to work with.

  After four busy days in Savannah it was nice to relax in a beautiful and comfortable condo. We put up our feet, sat on the balcony and listened to the ocean. Thank you for stocking many items which are not normally stocked. Many times we have arrived at a rental and needed to run out for an essential. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank You.

  This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Appreciated the location and proximity to the beach. Would definitely stay here again should we return to Tybee.

  My husband and I just returned form this amazing condo yesterday ...I had to post a review ..This is one of the nicest places I have stayed at.... the condo was just beautiful... the views amazing ,the people so friendly and accommodating, we had dinner at several places ....our favorite ( A.J .Dockers... very laid back great local color and delicious food..... we also went to Sundae Cafe .. also very good ( need reservations though ) and the Crab Shack ... another place with great local color and just fun.,.. My husband and I order boiled shrimp....very very good ... Tybee Island is just what we needed...thanks again ...Steve and Patty

  The condo was great. Views of the beach and many things within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable. Having the amenties like a washer, dryer and full kitchen made the stay so much more confortable then staying in a hotel. The proximity to Savannah made it a perfect combination of historic sightseeing and beach relaxation. Dinner at Sundae cafe was excellent. Sting Ray's was disappointing. In Savannah, lunches at The Olde Pink House and Vic's on the River were very good as well. The Old Savannah trolley "On/Off" tour was worthwhile.
