  We just got back from St Marteen and stayed at this Wonderful Place!!!! It is a Very Nice condo with lots of room and it has everything you need!!! Simona was such a delight to work with!!!!! The view was great and the outside area was a great place to watch the Sunrise and just to relax! Having the store right there was great !! The pool was a nice place to end your day! We never got a to try out the restaurants but maybe next time We will be Back just not soon enough!!!!!! Thanks again for sharing your place with us!!!! Once again a BIG THANKS TO Simona!!!!!!

  My family stayed at Mirador over Thanksgiving for 10 days while visiting my daughter who is in medical school in St. Maartin. This worked out perfectly for us as it was only a five minute drive to the campus and our daughter stayed with us at Mirador. The unit is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and Simona was extremely helpful when greeting us upon our arrival and throughout the time we were there. She even provided us extra pots and pans to help with our Thanksgiving feast I prepared. We are looking forward to a return trip sometime next year when we can once again enjoy the beautfy of St. Maartin and Mirador.

  My husband and I stayed here from 9/27/12 though 10/2/12. This apartment is/was everything we expected and more. Photos are true and accurate. Simona met us at the Hertz Rental and took us to Mirador the start of a great get away. Thanks to Simona and owner for making us feel welcomed. Love the view from all windows. Sunrise is awesome make sure you don't miss. I would recommend to everyone. Very clean and had everything you need while away from your home. Get restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Must see!

  Stayed in this unit from April 23rd to April 30th. We love St. Martin and have been there twice before. This unit is amazing! Very clean and plenty of space. Simona was great! I stayed with my husband and 9 year old daughter and we are all looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this property. The facility is top notch with an amazing pool, fantastic restaurants, shopping, and amazing views. Thank you for a wonderful spring break!

  We stayed at this lovely condo for our St. Martin getaway and couldn’t have been happier! From the moment we set foot in the condo, I knew we would never want to leave. The accommodations were absolutely first rate - comfortable, luxurious and immaculate. The complex is quite charming, with everything you need within walking distance: boutiques, five star restaurants and even an upscale grocery store that has everything. My favorite little French café downstairs was the perfect way to start our day with mouth watering croissants and cappuccinos. Beaches are minutes away and the location on the Dutch and French borders is a nice way to easily experience both sides of the island. We have so many wonderful memories and will definitely return to this property.

  This is an amazing condo with a beautiful view. It is on the 5th floor so the view is unobstructed and the breeze is amazing. I can only imagine how great this will be in the summer months. The decorations are perfect and had everything that we needed. There is a small but very nice grocery store on the property as well as cafes, restaurants and shops. They are finishing a shopping mall right around the corner. A car is necessary but you can quickly get to Maho, Simpson Bay, and the airport. Marigot is also close by. The next time I return to St. Maarten I hope that this condo is available.

  This place is fantastic! First of all, Simona and Petra were wonderful and so helpful before and during our stay. Simona responded quickly to every e-mail question we had, and explained everything perfectly. These ladies are professionals. The apartment and complex were awesome. "Mirador" was exquisite in every way... huge, beautiful, airy, clean. And the entire Porto Cupecoy complex is first class! From the pool, to the restaurants in the complex, to the fitness center, to the market... extraordinary! This is easily the best place we have stayed in the caribbean, and we have visited some of the best. When we come back to St. Maarten, we'll be looking for "Mirador" at Porto Cupecoy

  This condo is beautiful, it is exactly like you see in the pictures. What I liked best was the huge wrap around terrace that overlooks the lagoon and marina...what a great place to relax and entertain. The breeze did not bother us. In fact, with the sliding doors open we didn't need to use the air conditioning and it made from great sleeping conditions. The king size bed was very comfortable and the lines luxurious. Porto Cupecoy is very convenient. There are several great restaurants, a gym and a grocery store right there. I would suggest to the owner to get a coffee maker - instant did the trick in the morning but I missed having a fresh brewed cup. Also not sure about the maid service - we didn't have a maid while there - no big deal for us staying just one week and in fact I liked the privacy but others might feel differently. Overall this is a great place to stay and I am counting the weeks til our return for our FREE week!!! Thank you for sharing your home!

  The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The only reason we would not rate it "excellent" was we expereince very high trade winds which made it difficult at times to enjoy the gorgeous balcony. We also had problems with the wireless, However, I would highly recommend this place, I loved waking up to the view every morning and the apartment was decorated in such good taste. The apartment complex is still fairly new, but the amenties were great, having a supermarket on site was very convienent.

  Owner response: The remarks about the breeze are correct but later in the year when the temperature rises it is a blessing. We have now, however, installed see through curtains that will cut the air flow by more than 60% for optional use. The comment about the wireless is also apt because the resort has had problems which are now mostly solved. So far we have had half a dozen visitors since opening the apartment and had very positive reports from all of them. Several have already rebooked for next year or taken up the offer of a FREE WEEK in low season having booked in the high season. Since this reviewer stayed with us the Cupecoy Yacht Club has significantly improved with added security and amenities. More and more buyers and renters are visiting the many shops and restaurants as well as the marina.
