House was even better than described. Perfect for my family of five; my daughter and granddaughter really enjoyed the privacy that the carriage house afforded them. The house was the perfect size so that everyone had their own space. I spent several evenings on the front porch swing with a book and a beverage! Neighbors were quite friendly. The short walk to the beach was ideal for my 2yo granddaughter. Overall, house was clean, furnishings were up-to-date, well-stocked and location was superb. We will definitely book again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just made our first family visit to the Sandestin area and were so sad to leave. When we entered the house for the first time it was just as the pictures showed. Very clean and well kept. The gated community was quiet and private. One of the pools was just a few houses down and it was just a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. The house had all the amenities needed for our vacation. The mini carriage house was a nice benefit as my sister and her husband had a place all to themselves and yet the benefits that the house brought with it. Thanks for making our vacation a memorable one!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
