This beautiful condo has been completely renovated from head to toe! Inside, you will find a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We have also installed new 18x18 tiles throughout the condo along with wood flooring in the bedroom. The bathroom has been completely renovated as well. You can also relax on the leather sleeper sofa while watching a movie on the 40' flat screen tv with the DVD player! The bedroom also has a new 32' flat screen tv. Look around and see that you will not find such a gorgeous and completely remodeled condo like this one!!!
This one bedroom, which is on the first floor, also comes fully equipped with all linens, cookware, and dishes. The Condo includes a Queen size bed, Queen size sleeper sofa, dining room table and a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is conveniently located in front of the building.
'BIRDSONG' Condo building is DIRECT GULF FRONT in beautiful Treasure Island. The BEACH is just steps away and we mean steps! You do not have to walk down a flight of stairs-- its just outside your door.You have a gulf view just as you step out the door. This is a fantastic opportunity to stay on the beach at very affordable prices. These prices are below hotel costs and our condo has a home-like atmosphere...AND right on the beach.
We are new owners, and have provided beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella for your pleasure and convenience!!!
This condo is a 5 minute walk to many beachside restaurants and bars, including the Bilmar, Sloppy Joes and Ricky T's. This unit is 2 minutes walk to Publix grocery store and a 5-minute drive to historic John's Pass where you will find restaurants, para-sailing, shops, boat/jet-ski rentals, gambling cruises, dolphin watch cruises, and deep-sea fishing.
Tampa's Busch Gardens is a one hour drive and Orlando's Disney, Epcot, Seaworld, MGM and Universal Studios are just two hours away. The Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa is just one hour away for a night of gambling and fun!!
Less than 1 hour away is NFL football in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium, Hockey games at St Petes Forum in Tampa is 45 minutes away. Tropicana Stadium where the Tampa Bay Rays play is just 20 minutes away!!! There is Golfing all around with a twenty 18-hole courses from two miles to 15 miles away. The property is only 15 minutes to museums and downtown waterfront 'Bay Walk' entertainment center, movie theaters and more restaurants.

Condo was in pristine condition, right next to the beach as described, and an absolute steal of a bargain. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to staying here in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was the first time we have stayed in this unit, but hoping it won't be the last. Very clean, very nice and updated, everything you need is at your fingertips. We go to Treasure Island every year for vacation and we'll keep coming back to the birdsong as long as we can.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a gem!! We were so thrilled to find this condo and enjoyed our stay so much! Easy communication with the owner, nicely appointed with everything you would need for a week at the beach! It is RIGHT on the beach - easy access off of Gulf Blvd. Quiet and relaxing! We love Treasure Island and have been to TI many times. We tried this condo and it was just great. It was clean, quiet, and people around us very freindly. Foxies is a great place for breakfast & lunch excellent food at a resonable price! Sloppy Joes is a great place. We did not rent a car so we were looking for a place that was more centered around the areas we frequent. that worked well for us. I would definately stay here again. Our freinds stayed in another condo that was smaller and they paid twice as much as us. When they visited us at our condo they said WOW!! Way way better than staying in a hotel room. Also if ever in TI stop in at At Cost Liquor they are such freindly owners, they always remember us. I'd like to steer your buisness to them, they also deliver!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We have just returned from a three week stay at the Birdsong where our vacation exceeded our expectations. The gorgeous beach and boardwalk were at our doorstep. The condo is well equipped and is located within walking distance to numerous restaurants and stores. The manager, Carma was very attentive, making us feel right at home. We look forward to returning next year.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Just returned from 5 nights at this condo and wished I could have stayed 5 weeks! Exactly as it looks in the photos and right on the beach. Management company easy to deal with, no problems amd always a quick response.Right in the centre of the island, close to beach, shops, restaurants,fantastic Publix and Johns Pass. The condo was exactly as the picture shows. It was very nice. We were mislead about one thing and that was the wireless internet which was supposed to be included. There wasn't internet there at all which was very upsetting. Other than that we truly enjoyed this condo and the area. We loved that it was within walking distance to restaurants and the beach! We had a wonderful time collecting sea shells on the beach. We would love to stay here again, just wish there was internet like it is advertised.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

We loved our 2 weeks in this condo. It is spacious, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We felt very much at home there! Plenty of kitchen conveniences - we cooked a five course dinner there, and enjoyed it with our family. Six of us were accommodated well for eating! We really were in walking distance of many things, especially just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay in this condo again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

About the owner: We are new owners from Louisville, KY and want you to feel right at home in our place on Treasure Island. I'm a psychologist and part-time professor at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. My wife is a former TV anchor and she currently helps teach new medical students as a 'pretend patient'. Our first trip together 13 years ago was to this magical place. We're confident you'll experience the same magic we did when we visited.
Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island:
Treasure Island's downtown provides several clothing stores, a drug store, banks, liquor store, florist, restaurants, bars, a Walgreen's, and a Publix grocery store. All of these are a 3-4 minute walk from the condo. We've listed a number few recommendations in or Condo guestbook. John's Pass Village borders the north end of Treasure Island while St. Pete Beach to the south has a large number of stores, restaurants and bars. It's possible to stay here without a car. There is an airport shuttle, and a beach trolly system for a minimal cost.

Treasure Island's best known attraction is our beach which is made up of three miles of white sand bordered by the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You can walk along the sea shore or take a stroll on the Treasure Island Beach Trail. The Treasure Island Beach Trail is a mile long walkway along the east side of the beach. It provides easy access to the motels, restaurants and bars that make up the heart of Treasure Island's hotel district.
