Sandborn comes with the security of an 8 Kilowatt power backup system in case PG&E goes down and enough Solar Power to efficiently and “greenly’ power the home during the day. Bring your outside pets. The 2+ acres is completely fenced with an automatic gate at the front. Doesn't have 7 separate bedrooms, BUT, Sandborn sleeps 14 with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 pull-outs. Also has a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing you need to bring is food.

Sandborn sits on top its own private dune so there is a 'NO SHOES IN HOUSE' rule in effect, and enforced. It features a spacious two level deck with an ocean panorama as far as the eye can see in all directions! Sandborn has huge view windows both upstairs as well as downstairs, plus a special playroom set-aside just for the kids. A lower yard area provides plenty of flat space for fun and games of all kinds. Imagine playing and relaxing in a sandy yard back dropped by the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean.
