Large, luxury, 875 square foot, one bedroom, one bath condo on the first floor with a deck which faces the ski mountain in a quiet location.
The master bedroom has an extra vanity sink area. Our condo was remodeled by a professional interior designer. This condo has newer appliances and newer furniture. Newer furnishing include a queen sleeper sofa with a five inch thick coil spring, King's Down mattress, two beautiful leather recliners, newer dining room furniture, 27 inch flat screen TV, and much, much more. The deck is furnished for lounging and grilling-out on sunny afternoons. The interior has a unique mix of slate, tile, distressed wood, wrought iron, and leather. You'll love it as much as we do.
There is free bus service available to other ski areas, activities, shopping, and restaurants. Near the base of the Mountain House ski lift area in Keystone, Colorado, USA. Within walking distance, 150 yards to ski lifts. It is a 15 minute drive to Arapaho Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and a 30 minute drive to Vail and Beaver Creek.

Why the Owner Chose Mountain House, Ski Run
We chose to purchase the condo that we did because of the incredible ski mountain view that we have, the overall size of our unit and it's pool area. We can sit in our living room and watch skiers ski down the mountain; it is one of the best views that we have ever seen from a condo. The size of our condo is 875 s.f. which is very large for a 1 bedroom condo and about double the size of other condos that we have seen. Some 2 bedroom condos are about that same size. It also has the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna which made it a plus plus for us. While we enjoy the the hot tub and relax, we are able to keep an eye on the kids while they enjoyed the pool.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We are so close to the bottom of the lifts, the walk is less than five minutes which makes it so convenient. Our guests have commented how comfortable our unit is and how well maintained it is. We have many of our guests return again and again.

This was an incredible condo in a great location. We could look out the windows directly onto the ski runs; what a view! The place was clean, updated, and everything we could hope for was already in the kitchen. There were plenty of things for the kids to do as well, between the games, puzzles, and video game system. The pool and hot tub just steps away weren't bad, either. We had such a great time, and will definitely rent this property again!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This place was great, we had no complaints. It was clean and well kept. The owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly and honestly. The place is very large for a 1 bedroom condo and our family was more than comfortable there. We have stayed at numerous condos in the past and this one far exceeded our expectations and was the best one we have stayed in. The view of the ski mountain is truly the best view that we have seen and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the bottom of the lifts. Our children loved the pool at night and we could relax in the hot tub while we kept an eye on them. The kitchen was well equipped and the linens were first rate. Very cozy and comfortable, we'll be back and have no reservations about recommending this condo to others.

VRBO is our usual form of vacationing, and we always have had good experiences. However, this one far exceeded our expectations. In every way I want to commend this property and this owner. We spent 3 days at another property in Keystone. it was noisy and felt like a "tract home". This Ski Run condo felt like home from the moment we walked in. The balcony overlooks the slopes with the rushing river peacefully flowing along the back of the property. All the furnishings, linens and cooking utensils were of the highest quality, and the decore blends in with nature. The owner was helpful and responsive to every question we had. We hope this review will bless them as they have blessed us with this place of beauty and tranquility. If you are looking for the party scene, this is not it. If you are looking for peace, nature, and restoration- this is it!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
