Very Nice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VERY CLEAN!! The complex is older but very well maintained. The Unit was roomy, quiet location in complex even though next to parking; the trees and shrubs give you a lot of privacy, especially as an end unit. Kitchen well equipped and CLEAN! Good water pressure, HOT water, lots of towels, pullout couch. Bed is a full-size, small but cozy and comfy. Nice enclosed/screened patio with a table and chairs; again CLEAN! Good HVAC. Only suggestion would be to replace the bed pillows, but we always bring our own so it was not an issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable was the rooms at the Silver Sands Resort. We've been coming to Longboat Key for about 40 years and hadn't noticed this place. We especially liked the kindness of the staff and the closeness to the beach. We walked every morning for about 4 miles.
