House 10 on - Valle do Sol - condominium was front page of the Brazilian Architecture magazine in Dec 2005 when it was constructed. Arquitetura e Construcao. The house project was also at the Bienal (museum presentation) in 2007.
The house is extremely comfortable, lots of light with big windows and doors that opens in all directions. The house has a view of the sea and also a beautiful view of the lagoon -Lagoa da Conceicao .
All rooms have automatic black out shades for a great relaxation. A quite place to read and decompress but 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and shops.
A maid is available upon request.
The house is located in a gated condominium in front of Praia mole- which means "soft beach" .This white sand beach is a traditional spot for beautiful people and extreme sports enthusiasts. World surf in Praia Mole and the other 42 beaches on the island. The beach has a great structure with bars, parking lots and lifeguards. Praia Mole received an awards for its natural beauty.
