Why the Owner Chose 440 West CondominiumsWe chose to live in the Tampa Bay area, because we love it here and we live close to Clearwater Beach, which is one of the best beaches in the world and is tops versus others on the West Coast of Florida. We also chose to update our condo to be as nice as possible for ourselves, and anyone else who may rent and be able to take advantage of that.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoClearwater Beach is beautiful, and anyone making a choice to stay there will love it. We chose 440 West because it is in the best location on the beach that is near everything, yet still private, safe and secure. As far as our particular condo, I dare you to find any unit that is as up to date or compares to the upgrades and amenities we provide, at 440 West or any other location in clearwater beach, even high end luxury properties.

The condo was very nicely decorated and equiped. I stayed there for the month of May and loved it. I would definately consider staying there in the future.

We loved this Condo! It had everything we could want, especially the view. Everyroom came with a spectacular view of the ocean. This condo was updated, beautifully decorated and had flatscreen tvs in each room. It was walking distance to shops, resturants and the beach. We would definately come back and stay at this condo because it has so much to offer. This truly was a great vacation with a great location!

Wow!!! The condo was beautiful, immaculate, totally updated, and great ocean views. The condo is walking distance to the beach, Sunset Pier activities great restaurants. especially Post Corner, it has great pizza. We will definitely come back to this condo.

The location was great!! It is within walking distance of everything we needed, the beach, restaurants, shops and sunsets at the pier. The condo was beautifully decorated and updated, along with flat screens TV's and i-pod docking stations in each room. Our favorite moments were spent enjoying mornings and evenings on the balcony with unobstructed views of Clearwater Beach and the Bay. This was a fantastic vacation location. We are looking forward to returning again.
