All accommodations including wireless internet, cable, central air, pool, clubhouse, and daily optional events and games are available. Kitchen, dining room and living room are all neatly kept year round. Parking is never an issue since there is a spot designated for this unit.
Many of the major sports teams play nearby including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Devil Rays, and NY Yankees, spring training for the Phillies and Blue Jays. I love to be near more than one beach so the location allowed me to be near St. Pete Beach, Madeira, and Clearwater.
