We are located two blocks south of the 24th Street Stage and the Old Coast Guard Station. Our condo is in the heart of the Boardwalk at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Within walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, movie theaters, souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. Whether soaking up the sun on the beach, people watching on the Boardwalk, cycling on the adjacent bike path, or taking in the night life along Atlantic Avenue, this is your ideal vacation home. Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, Water Country USA, numerous outlet malls are only an hour away. During peak season catch the shopping, museum or boardwalk Trolley at the door. Seatack Recreation Center with indoor pool, fitness center, climbing wall and other amenities is a 5 minute drive away.
Our building is a privately owned 15 unit, 6 storey, ocean front condominium complex located on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 22nd Street and Atlantic Avenue. Our condo is a two bedroom, two and a half bath 1,250 sq. ft. end unit with elevator access. A balcony runs along the beach side of the condo, allowing unparalleled ocean views and sunrises with sliding glass door access from the living/dining room. There is also a balcony off the second bedroom offering wonderful sunset views.
The living room has a 40 inch high definition Samsung TV with high definition channels. A window in the kitchen offers ocean views to the north.
There are two master bedrooms, one with a king-size bed with Tempurpedic mattress and box, 2 night tables with lamps, double dresser, 32 inch flat screen TV, luggage rack, and full en-suite bath with granite counter top. The second master bedroom has one queen size bed, two twin beds, night table with lamp, dresser with lamp, luggage rack, and full en-suite bath with granite counter top and large soaking tub. Privacy is ensured with the bedrooms located at one end of the unit and the living area at the other end. There is an en-suite High Efficiency washer and dryer. A two-piece bathroom with granite counter top is located near the foyer. Our unit has an oversized, assigned parking space, gated and covered. A limited number of unassigned spaces are also available in the gated area on a first come basis. Beach chairs, beach umbrella are provided.
Ours is a family-oriented condominium and we only rent to family groups. Fraternity, sorority, student or single groups are not permitted. House parties are absolutely prohibited and occupancy is limited to 6 adults/children. Misrepresentation as to who is renting the property, loud parties, or exceeding the occupancy limit will result in immediate termination of occupancy without refund.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, weekly May through September, Monthly/Weekly October through April. We have a 7 night minimum.

For a second year in a row, I gladly rented from Linda and Mark. Upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms, done over the winter, are delightful. These caring owners offer a nice property with all conveniences, making our beach stay easy and comfortable. Thank you.Owner response: Peg, thank you very much for your kind words. Sister trip with my 4 sisters and myself. Condo was great! The description and pics on the website were accurate and the condo is well maintained and clean. The condo is older but nothing too scary and nothing we couldn't deal with. We had an absolute blast in your condo. We were all very comfortable! Having the bedrooms seperate from the living areas was great! 3 bathrooms with 5 ladies was awesome.It was nice to have a washer and dryer too. The balconies were used daily! And the location is unbeatable! Groceries, Walgreens, and great restaurants within a few blocks! Only suggestions would be to have more instructions on using the jetted tub and the washer. With all the great restaurants, we didn't use any appliances except for the coffee maker and the microwave. I would recommend more ice trays as there is no ice machine! We would definitely rent this condo again! 5 stars. BTW had problem with elevator, but 1 call to Margie and she had someone there in a snap! Thanks again!Recommended for: Girls getaway.

My husband and I are arriving in a few days for a couple of weeks to check things over after the summer season. We will add lots of books, new dishes, those ice cube trays, have a new kitchen floor and a new heat pump/AC installed among other things. We will also add instructions on the jetted tub and washer to the "Welcome Booklet" on the coffee table. Thanks again and hope you will return in the future.

If you are looking for a nice centrally located unit with spectacular ocean views consider this property. Pros: - Location, Location, Location Right on the boardwalk at 21st street. - Views are spectacular. - Private parking with assigned space inside of a gated lot. - Very nicely furnished (Tempurpedic mattress in master bedroom), comfortable couch, love seat and chaise, two flat screen TVs (one in Living room one in master bedroom) - Good Internet Connectivity. - Excellent Cable TV (Nice HD Channel line up in the living room). - Decently stocked kitchen Cons - We had some minor maintenance problems while there. Two of which should have been noticed by someone before hand (a slow draining tub due to an incredible blockage of hair) and a garbage disposal that some ignorant moron had put a metal disk into it). One which was just wear and use probably due to end of the season with a loose screw on the door lock that needed to be tightened to use the key properly. - The cleaning person should be fired. We arrived to find coffee still in the coffee maker that had turned into a science experiment and a moldy shower curtain in the back bathroom. Neutral: Not handicap friendly (But does not claim to be). A few grab bars in the shower would go a long way. Overall this was a great unit and we would (and probably will) rent there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is our home away from home and we care that it be that for our guests as well so we appreciate honest comments. Upon speaking with our Property Manager, she was only made aware of the blockage in the tub and promptly called a plumber who fixed it the next day. She also assured me that she would speak to the cleaning crew regarding the coffee filter being left in the coffee pot and the fact that the change of shower curtain was inadvertently overlooked. We do hope that you will return to enjoy another beach holiday.

Found these accommodations comfortable for our stay at the beach. Property is just as advertised. Owners are responsive and considerate. Kitchen well equipped, bedding comfortable. Parking good. Excellent location. Will visit again. thank you.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
