ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS HOME!! Very clean and modern!!! The home is conveniently located off the main street in Roswell, a short walk to numerous restaurants and downtown Roswell. There is a nice fenced in yard for privacy. The property and home are very well maintained. The owners mowed and watered the lawn regularly. The home has a built in security system as well. The owners could not have been any more friendly or welcoming. We are from the other side of the country and were very nervous about being somewhere so far from home and not knowing a soul in the area. The owners had brochures of local restaurants and attractions waiting in the home for us. The owners were always available to answer our questions/concerns and were very accommodating with the dates that we needed to be in the home. I highly recommend this property!!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My daughter is a Travel RN and whenever possible I at least start out "on assignment" with her. We always enjoy each others company and it is like a special treat for me to enjoy different parts of our beautiful USA. This Precious Bungulow has to be "THE SWEETEST" place we have ever had the opportunity to Rest and Renew in...should YOU ever get a chance to come here make sure you check this out, you'll be delighted that you did. The owners are not only Great people to know, but they are ever so Thoughtful and Caring to add to your "Best Experience" in VRBO. Wonderful and warm! Very cozy cottage that provided a relaxing setting for us to visit and enjoy our time while visiting our son. So much better than a hotel!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

About the owner: We have lived in Roswell, New Mexico for fourteen years. While our children were attending out of state at colleges, we wanted a homelike setting when we visited them. It worked for us and we decided to purchase this very small cottage to share our experience with others. Renting a home while traveling allows the opportunity to relax in a homelike setting, do our laundry before we return home, and make a meal. We are now hooked on renting homes when traveling. .
Why the Owner Chose Roswell:
This home is located in a central part of town close to the college, museums, the UFO tourist attractions, and the convention center. The home is perfect for parents with children attending New Mexico Military Institute, Eastern New Mexico University, or the Youth Challenge program.

The home is close to the center of town and in walking distance of the civic center, museums, and dining places. A few blocks from New Mexico Military Institute. This property is approximately 515 sq. feet.
