  Enjoyable home, just what we wanted, great pool and back yard to relax. Loved the fruit trees and enjoyed eating the fruit.

  We spent the month of February in this lovely home. We are avid golfers and therefore chose the Fountain Hills area to stay, because our favorite courses are within a few miles. The house was very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. I loved the small den for reading! The back yard is lovely and we enjoyed the fresh fruit trees. It was especially nice to have all the necessary paper products (T.P., Kleenex, towel paper, garbage bags, etc) furnished for the month. The kitchen was extremely well stocked also, including basic condiments. All around, this was a great home and we'd recommend it to our friends.

  Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! This was our first trip to Arizona, and coming home to Fountain Hills really made our vacation special. This gorgeous, clean house had everything we needed, from large comfortable beds, to excellent kitchen equipment, to the beautiful, private yard. We used the spa every night and were amazed with how well you could see the stars with a glass of wine in our hands! We appreciated that everything we needed was provided as stated in the listing description and that the owners were great to work with in getting settled. The location provided easy access to many recreational activities and excellent dining. The overall experience for us was that the rental offered tremendous value for our vacation spending. We would highly recommend this awesome property and look forward to coming back here again!

  My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home this year. This is the first time we have used VRBO, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. We were apprehensive to rent a property we had never seen or visited before, but our fears were laid to rest the instant we arrived. The home is exactly as represented to us. The owners were completely forthcoming about this property. It is conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The contract was executed exactly as written, and our deposit promptly and completely refunded on a timely basis. The pool and spa were delightful, and attended weekly by a pool maintenance company. There was a local person available for us to call if needed, but it was never necessary. We felt comfortable to call the owners if there were any problems. The house was clean, and well equipped with all of the expected pool toys, bicycles with helmets, entertainment center, internet access, all just as represented, and well cared for. Dealing with the owners was always a pleasant experience, and we plan to rent this property again if we have another extended stay in the Phoenix area.

  We had a wonderful stay in this Fountain Hills home. It was extremely clean very spacious for 4 adults. All of the major appliances were new and there were lots of smaller appliances (blender, juicer, coffee maker etc.) We particularly enjoyed picking the ripe tangelos and making our own juice - delicious! The back yard was nicely landscaped and we loved seeing the orchid tree bloom and relaxing in the spa. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions we had and he was a pleasure to deal with. The Fountain Hills park was beautiful and we played frisbee golf there and ate at the Euro Pizza cafe, which had the most amazing calzones! It was nice to have the use of the two bicycles at the home. There were also lots of games to play and we loved the added bonus of the telephone with toll free calling. We would recommend this property to anyone.

  This home was a great place to stay. The location was great for getting in and out of Fountain Hills, it was a quick drive into Scottsdale and Mesa for shopping. It was also a great location to get out into the desert for hiking and exploring. We rented a motorcycle and had easy access to the highways into the mountains. Also golfed at a couple of the local golf courses, everything was close by We enjoyed sitting in the private back yard by the gorgeous pool. The house was very spacious and met all of our needs. Everything was clean, the kitchen appliances were like new and the beds very comfortable.
