This 1000 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in a wonderful complex in Chandler, Arizona.
It’s located a mere 20 minutes from both the Phoenix Sky Harbor International and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airports. And being only 15 minutes from Downtown Scottsdale, it has excellent access to all the Phoenix area has to offer. It’s within easy walking distance to a number of amenities including restaurants, Wal-Mart, Fry’s Marketplace, Dollar Store, etc.
The complex is very resort-like, the pictures tell the story. It’s kid and pet friendly with wonderful landscaping and walkways, and plenty of green add to the beauty of the condo. The common area includes a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and basketball court. The condo comes with covered assigned parking as well as lots of free unassigned parking.
The unit is a second floor end unit, which means no noise from above, and the sunny south-facing living room looks onto a green space. There is a lovely private deck directly off the living room with new patio furniture and new gas barbeque.
The layout is what’s known as a “Master Bedroom Split”. The rooms are both master bedrooms each with their own closet and bath room. The bedrooms are thoughtfully separated by the open layout Living/Kitchen/Dining Room so as to afford extra comfort and privacy.

The condo and location were exquisite. The condo is well appointed and the surroundings were beautiful. This location makes all journeys in Arizona easy to find and navigate. The town of Chandler is quaint and historical. Excellent accomodation, area location, weather and the friendly people of Chandler oand Arizona in general. Just great!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

THE CONDO WAS EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND WAS A GREAT LOCATION. THE BBQ COULD BE UPDATED TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER.Recommended for: Sightseeing.

We stayed three months at the condo. With our weather this year in Arizona ranging from monsoon rains to unusual freezing weather we had a lot of time to enjoy the condo. Thanks to Roger for improving our viewing channels. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen is furnished with everything I needed. Once the weather cleared we enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking our morning coffee, and ending our day having a glass of wine and watching the sun set. My husband can attest that the master bedroom has an excellant back friendly mattress. One of the best that he has slept on. Thanks for sharing your Arizona home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

WE SPENT 6 WONDERFUL, FUN FILLED WEEKS IN YOUR CONDO. AND ONLY ONE DAY WITH NO SUNSHINE! THE CONDO IS NICE AND HOMEY. IT'S CLOSE TO SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS, ETC. WE REALLY ENJOYED THE MEXICAN RESTAURANT, DOS GRINGOS . JUST A SHORT WALK FROM THE CONDO. WE DID MANY DAY TRIPS AND EVEN A WEEKEND IN LAKE HAVASU CITY VISITING FRIENDS. UNFORTUNATELY, SHORTLEY AFTER OUR RETURN HOME, WE HAD A SNOWSTORM. SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN ARIZONA LONGER!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We just got back from 2 weeks at your condo and loved it. My husband is kind of picky but he and I both were so comfortable. Every thing was just as prescribed . Our son, and grandchildren live in Chandler. Would return again without a doubt.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We enjoyed our April 4th-8th stay at this lovely bright condo in a nice quiet location. After a long day of traveling and flight delays it was great to arrive and find the basics and cold beer in the fridge! Morning coffee out on the private deck was a great start to each day, before heading out for a busy day of sightseeing. The complex and pool area is clean and well kept. It was great doing business with the owners who were helpful and understanding. We would stay there again and will recommend it to family & friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed just before Christmas. What a lovely condo in a great location. I appreciated the small but thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine on the counter and beer in the fridge. When we reached the condo it was wonderful to open a bottle of wine and have a drink on the private balcony. This place had everything you need and more. Very nice complex!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at this condo just before Christmas and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great; close to the airport, golf, shopping and restaurants. We had no problem finding the condo. We arrived around dinner and were pleasantly surprised to find some cold beverages and wine, a nice touch after travel. The unit was very modern, spotless and quiet. We spent some time down at the pool/hottub in spite of the weather being a little cool. The area was very nice and well set up. The entire complex was well kept. We would love to stay there again and would recommend it to friends interested in going to Phoenix.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
