This newly built cabin with an attached sauna offers a perfect vacation, winter or summer, experience. The interior walls of the cabin are beetle kill pine with a custom iron railing made by local ironsmiths. Outside the cabin is a large fire pit for summer enjoyment and a gas grill, for cooking both summer and winter. In the winter the town gets plenty of snow, so there is an abundance of sledding and cross country skiing right out the front door. Snowmobiling up Webster Pass and St. John’s is also readily accessible from the cabin. In the summer, there is great mountain biking in the Keystone area, and again you can access trails right from the cabin. Outside the living/dining room, the south side, is a large porch for hanging out after a bike ride in the summer or just reading a book.
The cabin is located on Main Street in the quaint former mining town of Montezuma just 10 minutes from Keystone Resort or 20 minutes from Arapahoe Basin. The main level has an open floor plan for living room, dining room, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a woodstove for warm winter evenings. The whole cabin is heated by electric baseboard. The cabin has large windows from the main room that is incredible in a snowstorm or on a warm summer day. The master bedroom, with a double bed and twin daybed, is on the lower level with a view of two peaks from the large window and its own bathroom. The other sleeping areas are a large loft with two twin beds and a double futon. And on the main level is a bedroom with a double bed. The house sleeps two families well. Downstairs is also a single car garage that has room enough to store your skis and vehicle, with additional parking outside.
This cabin is nicely decorated and very comfortable for your Colorado mountain experience. We enjoy offering our home to guests and welcome you to come rent this cabin of our dreams.

Our family enjoyed your beautiful cabin very much! So close to everything, but felt so far away, too. We loved the beautiful surroundings and peacefulness of the area. Hope to come back again someday. Lots of great memories!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The cabin was welcoming, and fully stocked for family fun or a romantic escape. The lower level has a private room and bathroom, while the upper level is open and comfortably slept four. The kids loved playing horseshoes, darts and the sauna. It had all the conveniences of a 5 star hotel and the comforts of home. The view, whether from the front or back deck, was breath-taking.
