Our beach condo is located in Destin, with the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sandprints Condos are very unique in that there are only 60 units located on our property which surround a large swimming pool/deck and very nice clubhouse with bathrooms. Sandprints is located one block from the beach, making it perfect for a quiet vacation. While your kids enjoy playing on the large private lawn, you can enjoy the balcony while keeping an eye on them. The beach amenities include bathrooms, rentals for beach chairs/umbrellas, jet ski, parasailing, and more. The famous Pompano Joe's Seafood restaurant and bar on the beach, with evening entertainment on the deck, is also a one block walk from your vacation condo.
Our beach condo is a two story, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath family vacation resort waiting for your arrival.

We got there Tuesday night filled the fridge unloaded all of our thing and walked up to the beach to search for sand crabs. The condo was awesome really liked the bedrooms upstairs because it was soo quiet for the kids to go to bed. It was the perfect size. We cooked and only went out to eat one night to The Backporch and it was awesome great food and atmosphere and thanks to a brief rainstorm our long wait only ended up being 20 minutes! Only 1/3 mile walk up to beach we would set up a tent in the morning and stay all day - walking back to the condo for lunch. We will definitely return. Thanks for everything!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My husband and I and another couple traveled from Arkansas for a relaxing vacation to this sandprints condo. We were more than pleased with the cleanliness and comfortable feel this condo offered. It is very charming and only a short block from the beach, which was nice because we were seconds away yet didn't have to be on the main road with lots of noise and traffic. The owners were very attentive in answering all questions and even stayed on the phone with us when we arrived in Destin to make sure we got to the condo because our GPS took us to the wrong place. We were only minutes away from food and shopping and other entertainment. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a relaxing, romantic, family, or just fun in the sun vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This condo is gorgeous. It looked brand new and was well taken care of. The pictures are accurate. Everything you would want to do was close by and the Sandestin/Destin area is a clean, friendly place to vacation. The owners were always available and helpful. This our 4th visit to the area and each one gets better. It would have been nice if the weather had cooperated, but that didn't happen. Luckily, the condo was warm and comfortable. Because we chose the week of Christmas, the place was almost empty and it was too cold to swim in the pool. We want to come back in the summer with our grandchildren. We were only a block from the water. We had no traffic noises and with the comfortable beds, we were able to truely relax and enjoy our vacation. The sunsets across the water are stunning!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My wife and I grew up in Columbus, Georgia, a four hour drive from the most beautiful beaches in the world. We first visited Destin in 1984 and have been coming back ever since. In addition to enjoying the beaches, we also enjoy the great restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The fishing and golf in Destin is probably the best on the gulf.

We enjoy the atmosphere of our property, being only 60 units with a maximum height of three stories. There are 5 buildings which surround the large groomed lawn, swimming pool, and clubhouse. This layout provides for a perfect place for kids to play while parents relax on the balcony within eyesight.
