The Condo sleeps 6, having 2 bedrooms (King bed in the master, a Queen and a Twin in the second bedroom) and a single roll away bed, there are 2 full bathrooms.
BBQ on the spacious Patio while you are enjoying the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy you cooking needs. Eat at the large dining table that seats 6. Your viewing entertainment is provided by a 55' Flat Screen TV, Dish
Network Satellite, Home Theater Sound System, there are TV’s in both bedrooms. A Laptop Computer is provided so you can stay in touch with the rest of the world, this condo has it's own dedicated Internet access.
For your viewing entertainment a collection of over 100 High Definition movies are available on disc, from the classics to the latest releases.
All this for $120.00 a night!!! Plus a onetime check in fee of $35.00 and a cleaning fee of $35.00

Our party of 4 were very comfortable in this condo. Lots of space, well equiped, updated, this condo is exactly as described. Rick met us to checkin and provided great info upon arrival and throughout our stay.The staff at the Marina Sol was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained, secure and the location was very convienient to the marina and shopping. Also on the property were a convienience store, resturant and laundry facilities all of which were great. If you go to Cabo this would be the condo to stay in.Recommended for: Age 55+.

I have been coming to Cabo for 20 + years, and have rented many other places though VRBO. This by far has been the most comfortable condo I have rented. On top of it being the cleanest, best stocked, (water coolers in every room!) most impeccably decorated, aesthetically appealing unit; it comes complete with a fantastically friendly, well informed, dapper Englishman...... and....... who doesn't love a dapper Englishman!? (: Seriously, this Condo couldn't be better. I have to mention also, that the staff are the type of people you want to take home to meet Mama, and your neighbors, well, they are just so....Neighborly!!!! I will be back, and highly recommend this unit to comfortable accommodate one to six people. It is just the best. Thanks for making it so easy Rick. This condo was perfect for us. The location was excellent, between the beach and the shopping mall, close to the marina. Lots of excellent restaurants and cantinas. The pool was wonderful, and almost always quiet. Rick's condo was very nice, comfortable, attractive, nicely equipped. We didn't need a car, but we really didn't want to tour - we just plain relaxed. Fished two days, too. We will definitely return to this condo.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

What an awesome 5 days we had staying at Marina Sol. Being that close to the beach and within walking distance of downtown Cabo the location of this condo is excellent! Rick was perfect to work with and we will definitly be back in the next 6-8 months and we'll be staying at Marina Sol 100% for sure! What a great place to stay! The facilities are immaculate and clean. The grounds are neatly kept and updated. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to Squid Roe and other hot spots. When we did take a taxi (Mama's Restaurant) it was only $6. We are looking forward to our next visit and will be definitely staying there again. I would've paid more to stay there, but don't tell the owner that. Shhhh.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My name is Rick, I first started coming to Cabo San Lucas in 1990 and immediately fell in love with the town. I retired in 2004 and since then I have been a permanent resident of Cabo San Lucas.

There are so many reasons why I chose to buy in Cabo San Lucas. The main reason was location, location, location! Medano Beach, which is about a 1 minute walk from the condo, has beautiful sand, safe swimming, a host of water sports and incredible restaurants, such as, 'The Office, 'Mango Deck', 'Billigan's', offering you the best of Mexico's cuisine. If you like fishing, Cabo has some of the best sports fishing in the world!
A 5 minute walk and you are in the middle of downtown, right next to the beautiful marina.
Everything you could want is within walking distance. You don't need to take a taxi!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Marina Sol is a gated complex, making it very safe. It has the largest heated pool in Cabo. The pool is surrounded with lots of grass and lush palm trees. The 'Oasis' poolside restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Caught some fish? Bring it to the restaurant, the chef will prepare and cook the fish for you.
