Excellent location at Highway 101 Loop and W. Indian School Drive. 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.
Our condo is only 5 minutes from Coyote hockey arena (Jobing.com), Cardinals football stadium and Camelback Ranch baseball spring training for Chicago White Sox and LA Dodgers; 15 minutes from PIR (Phoenix International Raceway) for NASCAR and 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix for Diamondbacks baseball and Suns basketball. And golf? Everywhere! One course is within walking distance!
If you're into scenery, it's a short drive for day trips to Sedona, Jerome, Montezuma's Castle, Grand Canyon, Tombstone, Flagstaff, Roosevelt Dam, Lake Meade, Superstition Mountains. Mexico, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles are each about 8 hours drive.
First floor location just off the reserved parking space and wide hallways and doorways, make it very handicapped accessible. A walker can be provided for your use upon request.
All bedrooms have walk-in closets with hangers and full-mirrored doors. Master bedroom ensuite with a queen-size bed and armoire has access to patio. Calypso bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, computer desk, and full dresser. Sage bedroom has two beds - a twin and full size (double) - and two 3-drawer chests.
All bed linens, kitchen/bath/pool towels, and laundry/dish detergents are provided, as well as a hair dryer and curling iron, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. Cooler for your day trips. New carpeting and paint as of 2006. The 'Red Book' in the condo includes maps and information on local churches, groceries, restaurants, and activities. WE NOW HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET!!

The Desert Breeze condo was a perfect place for our little family to stay. Our daughter loved the bunk beds in one of the rooms, and we all enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub! Clean and comfortable, easy access to places to eat and get groceries. Felt safe and cozy. We'll be back if we're in the area!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great location! Stayed here for the Fiesta Bowl and had a wonderful time. Able to beat the traffic by going the local routes. Clean and comfortable. Arizona weather was a little to be desired due to the unseasonably cold temperatures. Some things to consider: only one TV in the unit and the one extra bedroom has only a raised air mattress. Otherwise very reasonable and would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thanks again to the owners!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Thanks! We enjoyed our stay. This was a bottom level unit, close to pool, and close to WestGate Center (restaurants, entertainment, shopping - 5-10 minutes away by car). Unit was clean and comfortable!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

About the owner: We are permanent Arizona residents who relocated from the Chicago area. Our main home is 5 minutes from the condo, so we can be easily reached for any questions or problems.
Why the Owner Chose Desert Breeze:
We originally planned to retire to this condo, but when it came time to move, we found we just had too much 'stuff' and ended up buying a house nearby.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the unique floor plan of the condo and it's accessibility to area attractions. We are often the only ones using the pool or hot tub, so although those are shared, we've often joked that it felt like we had our own private large pool!
