  Recently stayed in Condado in Andres's apartment, Really is everything that is advertised ... perfect location and great view, Couldn't say a bad word as the place met all our needs, Thanks Andres .. all the best

  We stayed in the apt in 14-17Jan 2012. Guests Son 24 and daughter 22 Me 50 something..... The apt is as described and more. Andres is very nice and responsive, he showed us around the apt. Cable TV and internet included, for those who want to stay inside..........but who would, the location is great to explore. Lots of restaurants on Ashford Ave, Wallgreens < block away, cold stone for ice cream. Supermarket about 10-15 min away. No need for a car, but I do I think he does have a parking spot avail at a reasonable cost. Bus stop directly to Old San Juan around the corner .75 can't beat that and is not bad ride. We were there during Las Fiestas the San Sebastian apparently one of the biggest happenings in the island. We did not want to wait for the bus (which by the way have no schedule) or pay the $25 taxi ride for a 2mile trip, so we walked, very nice safe walk, we even did this at night for the weekend. There is a Pizza place on the corner, which had some interesting toppings. There is a fully stocked kitchen, but we did not use it much, having paper towels, or dish towel would have been nice. Extra roll of TP would have been nice as well, the one that was left was used, and it was 3 of us (minor detail Wallgreens is close by). Overall it was a great stay, great owner, listing is accurate, exactly as in the pic and more. Would definitely recommend this property, I think you would not be disappointed.

  I just returned from a fabulous week in San Juan. We met Andres at the apt the night we landed. He showed gave us a tour of the apt, which was exactly as depicted in the photos, very clean and bright. He also gave us places to eat & shop on the nearby strip. Plus the buses run pretty frequently, so we didn't need to rent a car to get around. The beach was literally down the block from the apt, and we could rent chairs from the Marriott. I loved waking up to the view of the water every morning. I would definitely recommend this apt.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
