Sabal Harbour is a quiet residential area with easy access to all gulf coast beaches (25minutes). This four bedroom villa (king-size master with en-suite and walk in closet, queen size bedroom, and two twin bedrooms) sleeps 8. There is also a travel cot for the convenience of a little person. A large table in the nook for informal dining overlooks the pool. The elegant great room has a formal dining table accomodating eight people. The electrically heated pool to the rear overlooks the lake with abundant wild life and enjoys sunshine from mid-morning until sunset.
The community center at the entrance to the development has tennis facilities and also a large pool.
Sarasota (20 minutes) is a major cultural center with opera, concerts, and theatres.
Tampa / Busch Gardens is 60 minutes and Disney 90 minutes away.

This home is exactly as the pictures show it. Beautiful. Two spacious living areas. The master suite is quite big w/a hugh bathroom. If you have any questions about this villa, don't hesitate to email me.
