  My family and I just returned. There are 8 of us and we have rented homes in many destinations and, at times, discovered that the photographers did a great job of depicting the place, sometimes too great a job...so when I turned the doorknob on this unit I was not expecting what we got...an amazing space that fit all of our needs. You will not be disappointed! The first floor has plenty of room for all, the kitchen was fantastic and the upper outdoor space was a great place to hang out. Don't worry about not having your own private personal pool...we were there between xmas and new years and there still was not a problem finding lounges at the pool any time of day. If you get tired of the pool a beautiful beach is literally steps away directly across the street. Lastly, I had to call Mario a couple of times for a couple of minor things (broken blender, etc.) and his staff was at our door in no time. Enjoy! You will NOT be disappointed!

  I rented this penthouse property and another VRBO property for myself and 12 of my girlfriends to stay in for a week. This property is simply stunning. From the basic structure (great open space and high ceilings) to the amenities, furniture, and artwork, we were blown away! Every bedroom had its own bathroom, so everyone was able to move at their own pace. We absolutely adored the rooftop enclosed patio. The entire condo facility was beautiful (great pool, especially beautiful at night) and you can't get any closer than how we simply walked out the gate and crossed the street to the beach. You can call a cab and have it there within minutes or just jump on the bus in front of the property to get around. We did both and got around just fine. We felt safe at all times and Mario (property manager) was VERY responsive to any of our questions or needs. Definitely somewhere I'd love to stay again...already checking my calendar for next year!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  My family stayed here the week of Thanksgiving this year and it was fabulous. The condo is huge so even with 7 adults, there was more than enough room. It is beautifully decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and even though it is across the street from the beach, you are closer than at most large resorts. Never a problem getting a palapa on the beach and with 4 pools, there was always plenty of chairs there also. Gorgeous beach and water in this area of Eagle Beach. The rooftop terrace has wonderful views and great sunsets. It's a perfect place to enjoy the sun, drinks in the afternoon, and dinner at night. There are plenty of restaurants very close and a great grocery store is about 5 minutes drive away. Palm Beach is also about 5 minutes and downtown Orangested about 10 minutes. Mario and Sandra took great care of us while there. We have stayed in hotels on Aruba in the past but this was much more enjoyable with all the space, the beautiful grounds, and a gym on site. We didn't miss any of the services you would find in a hotel type resort and with the money saved both on staying in 1 condo rather than 4 hotel rooms and buying a lot of our own food and drinks at Ling's grocery store was significant. This was truly a luxury vacation at a great price. We will definitely return again soon. I highly recommend this condo and this resort to anyone visiting Aruba.

• Excellent property

  I travelled to Aruba with my teenaged sons, 2 of his friends and their father for a "guys" trip. The penthouse was unbelievable, and much better than even the excellent VRBO photos showed. Everything is as indicated on the VRBO description, but what the description does not do justice to is: 1. Everything is either new or almost new. 2. The top deck of this 3 story unit is much more expansive than shown 3. Kitchen is better stocked with dishware, cookware, etc. than most other VRBO properties we have stayed at over the years. 4. Property Manager (Mario) was on top of everything and stayed late to meet us as our flight was delayed. I really cannot explain in sufficient detail how very satisfied with the proterty we all were. I have had very good experiences with VRBO, but this one was one of the best.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR A RELAX, LUXURY VACATION. IT IS AN INCREDIBLE MODERN DECORATED UNIT WHERE EVERYTHING HAS BEEN THOUGHT TO HAVE A COMFORTABLES DAYS. IT HAS A LOT OF BEAUTIFUL DETAILS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE AT HOME. WITHOUT MENTIONING THE WONDERFUL VIEW IT HAS. YOU CAN ENJOY THE BEACH JUST CROSSING THE STREET OR RELAX AT THE SPECTACULAR TERRACE ENJOING THE VIEW FROM THE JACUZZI, HAVING A BBQ OR SUNBATHING. IT IS WELL LOCATED BETWEEN THE POPULATED HOTEL AREA AND THE DOWN TOWN IN A VERY CALM ZONE. THE UNIT IS SO GOOD THAT WE WANTED TO SPEND ALL DAY IN IT.
