A fantastic home with a very nice Welcome-decoration on table. We - altogether 5 people (youngest 16 ys', oldest 83 ys' of age) - used this wonderful property as a center to start our excursions to the surrounding world: On the 5th August "Juno Mission" rocket launch witnessed at Cape Canaveral; on the next days, of course, visits to SeaWorld and Disney Area. I and my family would love to return to this spot any time.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We visited your home in December 2008. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our time immensely. The property was well maintained and it was certainly positioned very conveniently to all the parks. We did need to buy face clothes and extra paper products (paper towels/ Kleenex and toilet paper) but this is to be expected in a vacation rental. Thank you so much for your lovely home.

This was our second time staying at Emerald Island Resorts Townhouses. Like before, we loved it. The houses make you feel like you're home It's so much better than staying in a hotel. The area is the best, everything is so close, especially the Theme Parks and for the women, the Outlets. Emerald Island will always be our favorite. Thank you Spain Family, you just might be hearing from us again.

My family stayed at the Spain home in May 2008 and it was a wonderful experience. It was our first time renting a condo rather than staying at a hotel and we really enjoyed it. The location is very close to the Disney parks yet quiet, safe, and secluded. Making the arrangements online and via email was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this option to others and we will definitely be staying there on future visits.

Together with Ed & Debbie our good friends from Texas, we spent a very enjoyable, few days in Andrew & Rosemary Spain's property. The main purpose for our visit to Florida was to find a house of our own - which we duly did! The property was very comfortable, well located, and quiet. Nothing had been too much trouble for Andrew & Rosemary before the visit, for which we thank them. An excellent holiday location.

Our family stayed in the Spain's rental property in March 2007. What a wonderful experience. It was so nice for the children to have their own room rather than staying in a hotel. We were able to sit up at night and visit, watch TV and relax. We also enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio with the view of the water and watch the kids run on the grass. At first we were a little nervous about renting online ... but have recommended this option to our friends. The accommodations were very affordable and the Spain's very helpful and accommodating along the way. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we hope to visit again. Vanessa

We were delighted with the Crystal Cove home. We had plenty of towels & linens etc. It is a clean and useful home. We enjoyed the pool and beauty of the area. We recommend this vacation rental and the owners are very accomadating.

Thank you Andrew and Rosemary for making this process very easy. We had a fantastic time in Florida! Your vacation home is lovely. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 small children. It was wonderful for them to have place to run around and play while we sat on the patio. Location is everything,Disney's Animal Kingdom is less than 10 minutes away. We spent the entire month of Feb 2006 at the Spain's home and found it to be very roomy and had all that you need. The spot was convenient to the parkways and easy to navigate, but still enough away from the main roads. It is easily accessible to Disney and the other attractions. Our grandchildren enjoyed the house, because they had their own TV and plenty of room. It is a spot for all ages and everything is exactly like the pictures shown. Try it you will like it.

We had just returned from spending a week at the Spain's townhome in Kissimmee, Florida. We were pleasantly surprised after our long drive to find a very clean and comfortable home away from home. It was spacious and perfect for our family of 2 adults and three teens. Location IS everything - very close to shops, restaurants and of course, the parks! But yet, just "out of the way" so you feel secluded - especially while relaxing on the patio and balcony. Our family will definately be renting Villa Sabine again in the future. -Claudine Vazquez

We just returned from a stay at the Spain's townhouse at Emerald Island. We enjoyed every amenity it had to offer. It was great to have a full kitchen and to be able to do laundry. The townhouse is spacious and very close to Disney World. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was refreshing and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I just returned from a week long stay at the Spain family's lovely townhome. We found it to be very clean, comfortable, spacious, and extremely convenient for traveling to and from Disney, restaurants, stores, etc... The resort is beautiful, well-maintained,secure, and full of fragrant flowers and plants that you enjoy right up to the front door!! We stayed at this home for a week in January of this year. The location could not be better or more convenient to all of the Disney parks. At the end of the day, it was wonderful to be just 10 minutes away from home and not have to be stuck in traffic. The home itself is great, very spacious and had everything we needed. Our daughters loved having seperate bedrooms with their own televisions and the younger one enjoyed the Playstation while we were getting ready for the day. I especially appreciated having our own laundry facilities in the home. When we visit Orlando again, we will definitely want to stay at Andrew and Rosemary's home again.
