This is a great alternative to staying at the two run down hotels in Llano. The location is great (right off the main square) and there is one queen size bed along with a queen size futon. The screened in porch is a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place. The screened- in porch is a wonderful place to drink your coffee in the morning and indulge all the senses. The location is within walking distance of downtown. It is quiet, safe, and super clean. I haven't met Eva, but she is so pleasant on the phone and very accommodating. The price is reasonable and worth it all.

My wife and I stayed the weekend with our small (senior) dog. It is a great place--clean, right off Main Street, and wholly charming. It was the perfect base to explore town and the area, and Eva is accommodating, helpful and kind. A great value and charming even in the middle of August.....

Our week-end stay at this cottage in Llano, Tx was a wonderful experience! The view, sounds of birds, along with the indescribable fragrances of Honeysuckle and Jasmine blooms, made for a memorable and peaceful escape. It seemed remote while we were at the little house, yet the conveniences of modern day routine were just around the corner. The cottage was clean and comfortable~ It was a perfect atmosphere in which to read, write and relax and see Texas wildflowers; we will tell our friends and family all about it and hope to go again!

My husband and I recently stayed at the cottage in Llano and really enjoyed it. The location was central to the places we wanted to visit and it was pet friendly. The cottage was really comfy and the setting was really beautiful. We had the added surprise of having a Cardinal nest in the tree right in front of the screened porch and got to watch the mom and dad feeding the baby Cardinals. We loved being walking distance to town. Thanks for everything Eva.

Quaint, cozy, clean cottage with a fantastic front porch (perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and for playing cards at night), beautiful architectural details, and abundant natural light. Great location -- we loved being able to walk to the Llano River, antique shops, and restaurants, and it was an easy drive to Enchanted Rock State Natural Area. We will definitely go back -- thank you, Eva!

This little cottage is so welcoming and cozy, yet plenty of room and lots of natural light make you feel at peace with nature. We loved sitting on the screened in porch and spent much time there enjoying the fresh air and sounds of the birds. The old oak tree shaded us and is just beautiful to look at. The cottage was very clean and the decor was perfect in it's artistic simplicity. We slept very comfortably. We really enjoyed being so close to town. What a charming little town with a gorgeous river so close by. We enjoyed a sunset at the Llano River City Park one evening...just beautiful. We would definitely recommend this cottage to others and plan on returning for another visit. The owner was very, very helpful with any questions I had and was very friendly.

We came to town for the Llano Starving Artist Show and were so happy we could actually WALK to the charming town square, the art show, and dinner from this sweet cottage. The trees and energy of this historic home site are amazing. We sat outside under the huge oak tree in the evening. We also enjoyed our chats with the owner and her adorable Swiss accent. With no phone or TV for distraction, this was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. It was like stepping back in time. Thank you Eva!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little cottage. Fantastic oversized bath, comfortable bed with high quality linens. Mature landscaped yard with a magnificent oak tree made for great birding in a private setting. The screened in porch was a good place to enjoy coffee in the morning. An easy walk (2 blocks) to the courthouse square with shops, bakery, and restaurants. Good access to the Llano river and a park is only 2.5 blocks away.
