  Reef Madness was amazing and was the perfect Villa to spend our Honeymoon. The view is exceptional. The outdoor speakers play your fav music while you relax in the infinity edge pool overlooking Coral Bay. Do not fear Seagrape Hill, it's an adventure to drive up, nothing too it! We'll be back for sure!

  David and I were married on St. John 10 years ago, but this was our first stay at Coral Bay. Reef Madness was absolutely perfect and we plan to return very soon - it has all the amenities we could have hoped for. Audrey our greeter was so helpful and made a great first impression. The staff was gracious in making sure our villa/stay was good, but gave us our privacy as well. We plan to return next year with our boys, hopefully soon, and will use Viva to make it happen.

  This is our third trip to Reef Madness and the house is just wonderful. Cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

  My husband and I spent a lovely off-season 10 days at Reef Madness in Coral Bay and absolutely loved our time there. The villa was spectacular with all amenities one could want. Plus a great pool and really fantastic views. Really beautiful and relaxing. Viva Villas provided excellent service from the time we rented the villa and throughout our stay. When we arrived, Audrey met us at the ferry and not only guided us to the villa, but gave us great information on snorkeling and dining spots around St. John. The night we checked in, we discovered the water pressure was not working so we called Viva Villas number around 6:00 pm, and James, the maintenance guy, arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem, very quickly. I highly recommend Reef Madness as a beautiful getaway spot, Viva Villas as the rental agency I will contact for my next visit, and St. John as an escape to paradise.

  We enjoyed staying at the beautiful Reef Madness in Coral Bay. Great location and amenities. The ice maker was fixed during our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect.
