  We have stayed for fifteen days with our daughter of nine and our first surprise was the perfect location of the resort! , the acces to the parks, restaurants and shopping is with in 15 - 30 minutes by ). It is safe and tidy, the wild life is nice and The natural trails are beautiful to walk in The mornings or afternoons. The property is very well decorated, completely clean and well equiped. The carpets and The paint are just great, and The TV in family room is really new and big. The view of The lake from The pool is relaxing and changes every day because of The animals and The colours in The water. The answer from The manager has been helpful and quickly. Everything looked as in the photos, and even better! Thank you so much!

  We stayed at this home June 12-20, 2011, and had a wonderful trip. First, Emerald Island is a nice community and is located just a few miles from Walt Disney World. We did not use any of the community amenities (except for the friendly guards who waved us through the gates upon entering the community). The home was easy to find, and was well appointed. Our children enjoyed the pool (although it's a little small) and the game room (even though it was consistently over 90-degrees in there!). The mattresses were just so-so, but we weren't too uncomfortable. The house seemed to have some ventilation issues, and the queen bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the house (although we did find a fan in a closet and it helped). The carpet seemed to be brand new, and the paint appeared to be recent as well. Although we didn't do any real cooking, the kitchen seemed to be well-stocked. The washer and dryer were great! This house isn't one of the high-end homes available in the Kissimmee area, but it was a great value, CLEAN and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

  An excellent villa,not overlooked and only one neighbouring house and a great view of the lake. It is well placed for quick access to all the Disney Parks (less than 15 mins easy) . Villa and pool very clean with quick response by the maintenace guy for a couple of minor snags with the light bulbs. The whole area is well maintained and felt very safe and friendly. Only a couple of observations - An umbrella for the outside patio would have helped as the pool is in sunshine all day long and a bottle of washing liquid is needed as the owners ask you to put the towels/bedding on wash when you leave but don't supply any cleaning liquids!! We loved it and will be back in a couple of years..
