This elegant ocean view estate was newly constructed in 2011 and outfitted with top of the line appointments and Restoration Hardware decor. Boasting five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, this home will be both comfortable and stylish for your next family vacation to Hilton Head.
Upon entering the home, you will be blown away by the fantastic décor and overwhelming spaciousness. The first floor features a king master lagoon view suite and private bathroom along with a hallway half bathroom. The kitchen, primary living area, and dining room with balcony are also on this level.
The second floor features the secondary living area with foosball table and flat screen TV along with a bar including refrigerator for your enjoyment. Also, you will find a lagoon view king master bedroom with private bathroom and balcony and a pool view king master suite with private bathroom.
On the third floor you will find two identical rooms, these east and west facing bedrooms include a queen bed and a twin bed with private bathroom in both respectably.
Find your way to the fourth floor roof deck and to your surprise you will find an additional wet bar with microwave and refrigerator as well as roof deck with a spectacular ocean view including a high top bar table with seating for four and a teak sofa and chair.
The two car garage features a ping pong table and entrance to the beautiful covered pool which is 23' x 12' and patio area. The patio area has plenty of room for your family with two loungers and additional chairs. For the chef in the group there is a stainless steel grill for your eating pleasure.
All bedrooms in this home have flat screen TVs, additional TVs are located in the primary and secondary living areas. This home is equipped with a gas grill and propane is included, should you run out of propane we will replace it at your request.

Our family really enjoyed this house for our beach vacation! Two families including five adults with children ranging in age from 6 -21 were all happy with our decision to stay at 11 Corrine Lane. The open floor plan with the beautiful kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and socializing. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly, accommodating our needs and giving everyone ample privacy and space. Foosball and ping pong were fun on rainy days. The distance to the beach was perfect for us, getting there by taking a long walk or using the golf cart for convenience. Close and convenient to grocery stores and outlet shopping. Days on the beach were often followed by late afternoons and evenings in the pool and grilling for dinner. Hilton Head was beautiful and Singleton Beach was not very crowded for the first week in August. We would highly recommend this home for future travelers.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautifully furnished brand new home. This multi-level home offered alot of privacy for our four married children and three grandchildren. The roof top deck was ideal for those wanting to socialize without disturbing others. The home is located on a quiet lane and is minutes from Burke's Beach via golf cart shuttle which was very responsive and convenient. The lower level pool was great for those wanting to stay out of the sun and it was large enough for all to enjoy. Our family is already considering this home for next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
