Nothing epitomizes Paris more than the Eiffel Tower, and you’ll have a front row view when she bursts into thousands of glittering lights at dusk every evening. Most Paris visitors only get to see the Eiffel Tower’s glittering 10-minute light show if they happen to be in the neighborhood at the top of every hour every night, but all you’ll have to do is glance out the window of your Côtes du Rhône apartment in Paris.
Take the elevator to the fourth floor and step into the large entryway. You’re immediately drawn to the large living room, which is flooded with light from its three large French doors, framed by floor-to-ceiling yellow striped curtains. The living room is decorated in French country-style yellows and browns; there is a yellow sofa which converts to a comfortable single bed at night and two facing armchairs. The dining table is of glass and wood and expands to seat up to 8.
There is a flat screen TV, dvd player and free wireless internet. Phone calls are also free. There are air conditioners which vent to the outside in the living room and in each bedroom, rare in Paris.
Back to the hallway and the master bedroom is first on your left. Find an extra wide queen bed, with mattress of the highest hotel grade quality. A pretty antique green headboard and pelmet frame the bed. Built-in closets are on your right; flat screen TV and dvd player face the bed.
The powder room with toilet and sink are on the right off the hall and Bedroom 2 is next on your left. This bedroom has two single beds with the same quality mattresses.
The full bathroom is at the end of the hall and is newly remodeled in pale beige marble. There is a bathtub/shower combination and sink. We installed the largest hot water tank available in Paris, 80 gallons!

Facing Princess Caroline's Apt + Eiffel View! Heart Paris+~a/C
Year Purchased: 2009
Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7
We tried many Paris neighborhoods and the decision was simple; the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7
My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

" We absolutely loved staying in the Paris Perfect apartment. This is the first time we stayed in an apartment when visiting Paris and I have to say it changed our experience greatly. Having a place to call "home" without other guests made us feel more a part of the city. The Paris Perfect staff always were very responsive to our questions prior to the trip and checked in on us when we were there. Never intrusive, they wanted to ensure our comfort and we appreciated it. Paris is a magical city and the apartment added to the magic. It became another element in our enjoyment. We had such a wonderful feeling at the end of the day coming home. And that is exactly what it felt like, coming home."

“The Cotes du Rhone apartment was very comfortable and the location was fabulous. My daughters loved the view of the Eiffel Tower in the evenings. Staying in the apartment was a wonderful option versus a hotel and the recommendations for shops, markets, and restaurants were terrific. Highly recommend Paris Perfect."

“Extraordinary - in a word! Though my family and I have visited Paris a dozen times in the last decade, this apartment really wowed us and offered exceptional rates and services for a family of 5. We used to stay at the Four Seasons or San Regis prior to discovering Paris Perfect. We would've had to pay 2 times as much at least to get the space we had with this apt. With this apartment rental, we had more room, obviously our own kitchen and loads of shops and even 2 cafes just below us and lots of shopping within easy reach. I thought the decor was flawless and location perfect. One thing is though these is a/c they are 2 units that move around as needed - NOT central air but still did the trick as it was about 95f on one of our days. We had an amazing private tour of the Louvre thanks to the PP contact - Dr. Kelly Spearman-Bandey really knew her stuff and brought back to life many old and recognized art pieces. Truly a highlight of our trip. Cannot say enough about Paris Perfect and their knowledge of the neighbourhood, the restaurants etc. Mostly, the staff and experts they recommend are truly professional and a pleasure. Cannot wait to return soon. "

“What a lovely apartment, so beautifully updated, furnished, and equipped! And the location was superb. My 12-year-old granddaughter was thrilled to be able to look out the living room window and see the Eiffel Tower sparkling for a few minutes on the hour each night. And my daughter and I very much appreciated the ease of getting around by Batobus or Metro. Another big plus was the nearby food shopping on rue Cler and at the even-closer neighborhood patisserie for our breakfast goodies. And there are so many wonderful restaurants in the area! The staff was great in assisting us in the planning and arrival stages, and the advance information about Paris in general and about the local arrondissement, about transportation, dining, shopping, etc., that was available online was very helpful too. I look forward to returning to stay in a Paris Perfect apartment with my husband sometime in the future. Though I have been to Paris many times, this is the first time that I have stayed in an apartment. It is a delightful way to feel fully integrated in the Paris milieu"

“Our decision to rent Cotes Du Rhone for our spring break trip to Paris was a fantastic decision. After a long day of walking and museum tours, it was fantastic to come back to a centrally located, beautifully furnished, clean apartment to relax in. We especially enjoyed having a kitchen for eat-in breakfasts, late night snacks for our always-hungry teenagers, and stocking drinks and snack food to take with us during the days. It was nice to do a little laundry, too, because that lightened our packing load. It was so special at night to look our our window and see the twinking lights of the Tour Eiffel! We will book through Paris Perfect again for any future stays in Paris."

"Paris Perfect was just that...perfect. The apartments are more beautiful than the sites pictures. We were met by an efficient and friendly greeter who showed us all the essential information about our apartment that enabled us to enjoy our temporary home with no headaches. Paris Perfect's staff was immediately responsive to all our inquiries while we were on vacation. We felt as though we had the best of both worlds; a fabulous apartment and a concierge. The information packet in the apartment was invaluable. We got many referrals out of it that resulted in fabulous shopping and dining experiences. The apartment was beautifully appointed and extremely clean. On our numerous prior visits to Paris travel stayed in beautiful hotels including the Four Seasons George V. However, both the Cotes Du Rhone & Richebourg apartments provided us with the same luxurious and stylish accommodations as the fine hotels but with more space without the the 5 star price. The bedding is 5 star. The bath towels AND complimentary bath products are 5 star. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and enjoying a great meal. The locations are perfect with great shopping, sightseeing, dining, entertainment and convenient access to public transportation. We highly recommend Paris Perfect to anyone looking for the ultimate Parisian living experience."

“What a wonderful apartment and awesome location! After traveling from London to Burgundy and hoping from hotel to hotel it was great to stay put for a week. The apartment was bigger than we expected and so clean. Felt like home. Also, the restaurant recommendations were so helpful and took the thinking and guessing out of our stay. Thank you so much!!”Cathy - Chicago - Tuesday, September 8th 2009
