Our Paris rental offers breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower from its sun-splashed living room and is surrounded by many of Paris’s most famous landmarks, quaint sidewalk cafés, and fabulous restaurants. Gaze out the living room window and see the the Prinipality of Monaco's Royal Crests on the balconies across the street; this is the Royal Family's Pied a Terre when they come to Paris! This is undisputedly one of the top locations in Paris, across the street from the Eiffel Tower and the gardens and playgrounds of Champ de Mars park and surrounded by shops, walking distance to monuments and the romantic Seine River.
Nothing epitomizes Paris more than the Eiffel Tower, and you’ll have a front row view when she bursts into thousands of glittering lights at dusk every evening. Most Paris visitors only get to see the Eiffel Tower’s glittering 10-minute light show if they happen to be in the neighborhood at the top of every hour every night, but all you’ll have to do is glance out the window of your Côtes du Rhône apartment in Paris.
Take the elevator to the fourth floor and step into the large entryway. You’re immediately drawn to the large living room, which is flooded with light from its three large French doors, framed by floor-to-ceiling yellow striped curtains. The living room is decorated in French country-style yellows and browns; there is a yellow sofa which converts to a comfortable single bed at night and two facing armchairs. The dining table is of glass and wood and expands to seat up to 8.
There is a flat screen TV, dvd player and free wireless internet. Phone calls are also free. There are air conditioners which vent to the outside in the living room and in each bedroom, rare in Paris.
Back to the hallway and the master bedroom is first on your left. Find an extra wide queen bed, with mattress of the highest hotel grade quality. A pretty antique green headboard and pelmet frame the bed. Built-in closets are on your right; flat screen TV and dvd player face the bed.
The powder room with toilet and sink are on the right off the hall and Bedroom 2 is next on your left. This bedroom has two single beds with the same quality mattresses.
The full bathroom is at the end of the hall and is newly remodeled in pale beige marble. There is a bathtub/shower combination and sink. We installed the largest hot water tank available in Paris, 80 gallons!
The cafe' au lait colored kitchen has pale granite countertops and is on your right at the end of the hallway. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer combination, microwave/convection oven combination.

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7

We tried many Paris neighborhoods and the decision was simple; the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

The Unique Benefits at this Apartment : Eiffel View, A/C

Close up Eiffel Tower views from the living room window. You are right across from Princess Caroline of Monaco's apartment and can see the royal crests on her balcony. Fully remodeled two bedroom and one and a half bathroom apartment; very comfortable, safe neighborhood and excellent central location.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7

I was an American banker in London and met my husband Philippe, who was a cardiac surgeon in Paris. When we bought our first Paris apartment, our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They enjoyed the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if we could rent our Paris apartment when we were away...and our Paris vacation rentals business, www.Parisperfect.com, began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar mistakes!

    • What a lovely time to spend pre-Christmas in Paris -- staying in a most delightful, beautiful place. This apartment is managed well with the warm welcome when you check in; the greeter giving you information on the place; how to work things; and tons of information about the area. Listening to her I learned some new things in the neighborhood - a neighborhood I am quite familiar with. Location is fantastic - walking distance to world class restaurants; eating well on rue Constant --- Oh, I really mean rue Saint Dominique which used to be my stomping ground in the early 80s. The owner really does have a great sense of style. If one wants to just sit and relax after a days extensive outing in Paris, the salon does a wonderful job of it. Sitting there with a comfortable afghan and sipping a glass of champagne and admiring the decor is like being cradled in luxury. The other amenities have been described by the other guests. I like the fact that the Eiffel Tower is welcoming you through one of their flower bedecked windows standing just behind Princess Caroline's Paris apartment. How I wish I had my granddaughter with me. She loves the ET. A lovely home away from home!

    • I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment. I have read the previous comments and can only say that I agree whole heartedly with everything said. The apartment was charming in every way. The furnishings and decorating were very tastfully done. We could look out on both Bourdonnais with the Roayl apartments across the stree and the Eiffel Tower right there, too. Our other windows looked out onto Monttessuy. The apartments across from us with their family life became familiar to us. We had the convenience of boulangeries, grocers and more great restaurants than could possibly be tried! Great to walk in the Parc du Champs de Mars and along the Seine. Cross over the Seine to some great shopping areas. Bus and metro are nearby when/if you wanted to use them. The Paris Perfect team from Madelyn and Phillipe, Taryn and Michelle along with Carolyn and her full local group could not have been better. What nice people. I will be returning for another Paris Perfect stay! Joan

    A Noelle ,
    • I joined a friend in Paris and we stayed in this wonderful apartment. The joys of Paris Perfect begin with your first contact with them. So helpful in every way. Once you have made that difficult choice of selecting from such a wide choice of beautiful places you receive a bountiful supply of information and material that is so very helpful with your planning. The arrival and meeting the greeter at the apartment who goes over everything with you is so nice. She has answers to all and any question you might have. She goes over all the equipment, helps you with your lap top and makes certain that you know how the locks work. The apartment is so complete with everything...the kitchen has more equipment than I have at home! A welcome basket with wine, orange juice, milk is there for you.Don't bother with all thos 3 oz. bottles of things for the sirlines. The bath wash, body lotion and shampoo you will probabaly like better than whatever you have. It all comes from Germany. Really, very nice. The apartment is even better than the pictures, and I would say the pictures are great. The location could not be better..you have Royal apartments across the street and the Eiffel Tower is right there, too. How easy to become so spoiled! Grocers, markets, restaurants, high fashion shopping, museums and all are within easy walking for you. Buses are right there when/if you want to use them. And Metro, of course. The Paris Perfect team is available for any need, dining reservations, taxi reservations. They will be checking on you to see how you are getting along. We had a super trip and a Paris Perfect stay..truly spoiled!! Can't wait for the next time!
