Our two-bedroom Côte de Nuits Paris luxury apartment rental comfortably sleeps six people and has been totally remodeled, exquisitely decorated, and beautifully furnished to take advantage of its beautiful Eiffel Tower views from both the living room and the master bedroom. The apartment is air conditioned for your comfort.
Situated on the 5th floor (6th American, with elevator), our Paris apartment faces west for bright sunshine and gorgeous sunsets. You are only two blocks from the Seine and one block from Tour Eiffel and the Champ de Mars park on the elegant, tree-lined Ave de la Bourdonnais — among the most sought-after avenues in Paris — it boasts Princess Caroline of Monaco and other famous actors and personalities.
You are immediately drawn into the living/dining room to breathtaking views from the French doors and the long balcony. The Eiffel Tower, La Grande Dame de Paris, is straight ahead of you! It’s beautiful any time of day, but it’s quite magical at night when it lights up and glows softly at sunset. Then, every hour on the hour, the magical 10-minute light show begins. This sun-filled double room has three sets of French doors that open onto a long balcony and faces west, capturing every bit of the day’s sunlight from its high perch. A marble bistro table and chairs mean you can enjoy café au lait and croissants every morning — or toast your stay with champagne at sunset.
The living room features a marble fireplace, herringbone parquet floors, and the exquisite ceiling moldings and woodwork of a grand Haussmanian building. This large living area features two long sofas covered in khaki-colored tweed and two stylish and comfortable armchairs covered in pink polka dots — a delightful touch that blends with the silk curtains.
The long sofa converts to two separate twin beds at night and was made for us in Italy; it is the best style we have ever found and excellently engineered. Our guests love having the flexibility of two single beds in the living room, comfortable for every night sleeping. Our silk curtains have blackout lining, but guests tell us they prefer to look out and enjoy the view until they fall asleep.
On the right side of this large double room is the dining area of our Paris apartment. Six dining chairs upholstered in chocolate brown leather surround a table of sand-blasted glass and dark Wedge wood, blending beautifully with the antique dresser and original oil paintings. The table expands to seat eight for memorable dining in the warm company of friends and family. Compared to what you would spend for tiny hotel rooms and numerous restaurant meals every day, you will find our Paris luxury apartment rental to be an exceptional value.
All of our French doors and windows have been replaced with the highest quality double-glazed windows available, the kind used by luxury hotels. While you are on a busy street in the middle of a bustling city, this Paris luxury apartment rental is quiet! And to add to your luxury and comfort, we have installed air conditioning in the living room/dining area and in the master bedroom.
For your entertainment, find a flat screen satellite TV (CNN, CNBC, etc.) and dual-standard DVD, a second flat screen TV and dual standard DVD player in the master bedroom, high-speed Internet access, and a CD stereo.
Beyond the dining area is the large master bedroom that also has a French window and a balcony with the same fantastic views. There is a large walk-in closet for storing suitcases and clothes, extra-wide queen-size bed, beautiful antique dresser, and lush blue/rust silk curtains. The antique cherry wood headboard is from Italy, adding a touch of old world elegance and blending nicely with the 350-thread-count linens.
The kitchen of our Paris luxury apartment rental is decorated in brown and beige tile and features a large window overlooking the courtyard for morning sun, loads of counter space, and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped and outfitted with everything you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals.
The second bedroom of our Paris luxury apartment rental features two single beds, a large window overlooking the courtyard, and large built-in closets. The curtains and bedspread are decorated in light blue stripes of heavy cotton fabric that gives the room a fresh French country feel.
The bathroom has been completely remodeled with every comfort: double sinks set into a large countertop, bathtub with shower, and a full-size washer and dryer set in a closet. Note that the showerhead is a large fixed head with flex-hose showerheads as well.
