We were very pleased with the condo! We arrived late Thursday night and was happy that the process of getting up to the room was so easy. Me, my husband, & our infant son stayed on Memorial Day weekend for our first family vacation and our wedding anniversary. The view of the road and the beach was very pleasant. The condo had everything you would need and was very clean and spacious! The resort was also fabulous, we were very pleased with it and it's amenities! Don't think twice about this unit, you can't beat the price! I would highly recommend! Great stay and great 1st time to Daytona Beach! There is lots to do right down the street, I recommend eating at the Joe's Crab Shack on the beach!

My first time in Daytona very family oriented. Nice pools along with pool areas for the kids. Mt husband and I enjoyed drinks and lunch at the bar located between the two pools. Enjoyed the spacious condo and balcony. We would reserve this condo again.

Property was as advertised. Premises were clean, had balcony ( located on North Side with partial beach view) that two could sit on comfortably. Enjoyed the kitchenette for breakfasts and lunches. Great location with mall and Publix supermarket across the street, and plenty of eating establishments. Would definitely stay again.

Despite the weather. There was plety of things to do. We found are selves in the room half the time. Took advantage of the in door pool and jacuzzie. The room sits were you can see the beach and road. It is very spacious. It is a home a way from home. When it did clear up we walked to the gift shop. There is a publix and other shopes right down the road. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful condo. Really enjoyed it! Condo was neat and clean, bathroom was huge, had all the amenities of home. Not far from the boardwalk, really enjoyed our visit...just not long enough.

The condo is nice and a great place to stay! When we arrived around 12:30 or 1:00, the cleaning ladies were cleaning in which we could not unload immediately. They were not the nicest people, but we decided to go ahead and get our grocery shopping done. The pool does not allow you to use their beach towels due to the condo being a private owner. Also know that you cannot exchange your bath towels due to it being a private owner.

Room Looks just like the pics. Was very quite being Biker week and Spring Break. We would stay again. We had no complaints. Location was great. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This condo had EVERYTHING! Besides being an adult haven, there were all sorts of toys for three-year-olds, even a Dora cave. We could not believe how lovely and well-furnished it was. It could not have been handier to the beach. And there were indoor and outdoor pools, some heated. There were two sets of silverware and plenty of plates, cups, and glasses, plus skillets, pans of all sizes, Rubbermaid containers and two pitchers. There were lots of towels and sheets and pillows. If my husband and I go back to Daytona Beach, we would not be able to find a better condo. Shhh! Don't tell anyone how great this condo is, or we won't be able to get reservations.

The condo was very spacious and clean and we enjoyed it a lot. I just wish that the weather would have been nicer so that we could have used the outside pools and the tikki bar. Great resort, with a nice restaurant on the first floor, and conveniently located across the street from a Publix store. The pictures are a good reflection of the reality with the exception of the balcony view: the condo's windows are on the side of the building, not on the front, but you can still see the ocean. That was not an issue for us at all. You find everything you might need in the closet: beach toys for kids, boogie boards and even a Graco playpen. Overall, it was a great experience.

We came to Daytona for Biketoberfest, and found ourselves mostly in the condo. This is a great place to stay!! We loved the view from the balcony of both city and Beach. Very relaxing home away from home, nice clean and up to date. The condo was exactly as pictured/described and nicely equipped with necessities. The Daytona Beach Resort is located in an area that is much less congested than most other locations, making it a more comfortable and convenient. Also having Publix, Dollar Tree, Walgreens within walking distance was nice, to grab little things you may have forgotten. The pool area is beautiful as well. As for Brian and Lisa, they were great through the rental process, answering all of my questions. Their prompt responses were greatly appreciated and I would definitely recommend these owners and their rental units to my family and friends. We would absolutely love to return to this location and enjoy all DBR has to offer yet again. I would recommend others do the same! ***PERFECT***

Just got home from a great weekend at this resort. The room was nice and clean and perfect for our needs. This resort is centrally located and has easy access to all the local fun spots. The covered parking was a plus and we could park our bike just below the unit. Will definitely stay here again.

Me and my family just returned from Daytona stayed at the Daytona Beach Resort in this unit and the unit is everything that it says in the listing. The Beds were amazing to sleep in, felt like I was sleeping on Cloud 9. The only thing I have to complain about is one of the employees at the resort was a little rude at the little bar/restaurant that we decided to go to one night. But overall I would come back again to this location VERY SATISFIED.

My Wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Everything was great, good food at the restaurant downstairs, decent view of the beach from your patio, grocery store accross the street if you don't want to spend alot of money eating at various restaurants. and a short trip from St Augustine, Orlando, Marineland. Condo was very well maintained. Very Clean and great layout. Would recommend to anyone. Definetly looking forward to going back!

I would recommend the property to anyone. My family of 6 stayed comfortably in the accurately described condo. We had bad weather for a few days so the kids took advantage of the indoor pool. The location was great. The only negative thing was the lack of towels. There were only towels for 4 and I thought there would be for 8. There was however laundry rooms. So I would remend that you take extra towels or be prepared to wash often. We did try the pizza place every one was recommending and it was good however it is not across the street anymore as the big sign would lead you to beleive its about 2 miles south. The property was very accurately described and we would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Daytona Beach. This condo is perfect for a extended weekend getaway. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel amenities were great from the pool, to the beach, to the poolside bar, to the spa. The photos are very accurate and all is as you see. I would recommend this condo for families with smaller children, girls getaway or for a couple. I would suggest contacting the hotel prior to your stay to inquire if there are any conferences going on as we did have an issue with parking one day during our stay due to a very large conference in the hotel which significantly impacted parking at the hotel. This was a minor inconvenience and had I inquired prior to the stay could have been avoided. The parking issue was no reflection on the condo or the owners and I would definitely recommend this condo and would certainly rent it again if in the Daytona area.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, well maintained. I traveled with my 3 kids ages 13, 9, and 6 and this was a good fit for us. The pools at the resort are great. We didn't eat at the restraunt so I can't comment on that. We will book again next year!

The owners of this property were kind enough to rent to myself and three of my friends. We're all 19. Nobody else in Daytona beach would rent to anyone under the age of 25. I am SO glad that this exception was made, because we had a great stay. The place was spotless and well stocked. There was enough room for all of us to fit and stay comfortably. The room had (almost) everything we needed, and the things that were not provided, we were able to walk across the street and get at Publix or the Dollar Tree. (So convenient!!) I would return and will definitely suggest this rental to family and friends that are looking for a place to vacation.

The condo was very clean and more than met our expectations. Daytona Beach Resort is so nice and their staff is so gracious. I would stay in this condo again without thinking twice. I highly recommend this condo. Lisa was very helpful and accurate in all she stated.

Our Trip to Daytona

My husband and I spent a considerable amount of time looking for a condo to rent for a week during the month of May 2012. This one caught our eye because of the closeness of shopping facilities as well as being right on the ocean. Working with the owners of this condo on renting went seamless. The resort for which the condo is in is very, very nice! Beautiful pools, wonderful staff and extremely clean. The condo itself was clean and well kept up. Large bedroom and nice updated kitchen although it we assumed since it was listed as the kitchen having ammenities we thought it would have had an oven but it did not. It's just something we should have asked about before renting. We also think it would have been nice if it was supplied with more of the basics such as garbage bags, beach towels, etc. All and all, our trip was very nice and pleasant and we would definately go back. The condo was exactly as pictured/described and nicely equipped with necessities. It has both an oceanfront and city view which was very nice. The Daytona Beach Resort is located in an area that is much less congested than most other locations, making it a more comfortable environment. Instead of one souvenir shop after another and hotels 10 feet apart, DBR is spacious and surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants-both fine dining and fast food, a large chain grocery store, drug store, retail department store outlet, surf shops, basically anything you could want and pretty much all within walking distance. There is a Pirate's Cove mini golf right down the street. Beach chairs/umbrellas are for rent in front of the resort on the beach for a small fee and completely worth it! The staff at DBR was great and very friendly. The food at Reflections was very good and reasonably priced and could also be ordered at the poolside bar for lunch. The clientele was mostly families (we were there for spring break) but also many young couples and retirees. There were NO problems with rowdy teens or college students and overall I was VERY impressed with the resort. We absolutely loved the 2 outdoor pools, in addition to the childrens pool play area. I must admit, I walked through those waterfalls a few times myself. The indoor pool and hot tubs are a nice evening retreat. The beach is absolutely beautiful and well tended by Beach Patrol. As for the condo itself, it is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is HUGE! There is a large amount of storage space. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the family slept very well throughout the entire stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with necessary items and has dishware for 4. It has all cookware necessary to make full meals. The only thing that would be a nice addition is a medium rectangle griddle that could span both burners, making pancake and grilled sandwich preparation a bit quicker. Overall, I was very impressed the condition, cleanliness and homey feeling. As for Brian and Lisa, they were great through the rental process, answering my questions and offering suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable. Their prompt responses were greatly appreciated and I would definitely recommend these owners and their rental units to my family and friends. We would absolutely love to return to this location and enjoy all DBR has to offer yet again. I would recommend others do the same!

We had the best time at Daytona beach resort this is by far the best resort we have ever been to. after 5 days we just didn't want to leave, which is strange for me because I really don't care for hotels usually I can't wait to get home but this room was so inviting we were sad to leave. This room is just like the pictures every thing you need was there and then some. Beds were so soft we slept like baby's. I can't say enough about this resort, great friendly employees ,very clean,very modern, three pools, room for every one,tiki bar, hot tub, and oh yeah just this huge beach called Daytona beach just feet from the pools. the owners brian and lisa were just great we booked at the last minute and they made it happen. I thank them very much for everything and would love to stay here again soon.

Very nice Condo

We stayed at the condo during Bike Week (which we did not plan on when we booked and hopefully will not happen again) and had a good time. The Condo is very nice and big, the bathroom was perfect with the 2 sinks and the shower I loved..just walk right in...the beds r so comfortable..all in all it was a nice stay. The DBR is so nice and the staff are friendly, the heated pool is excellent. Lisa and Brian are great to deal with and we would like to thank them for everything.

Bonjour! We've rented your condo the 21 to 24 of october and everything was... perfect! Everything was there : decoration, big toilet, kitchen nicely equiped, big windows, very clean... The only deception : the view. Like it shown, the condo is not in front of the beach! For us, people of Canada, it's a very important thing... :o) Thank you again! Biketoberfest Week

We have stayed at the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center in the past, but had always booked a property through the hotel and not a condo owner. The condo was as promised, clean and well maintained, the pictures accurately reflected the condition of the property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will contact this owner first for any future trips to Daytona in hopes of staying in one of their properties. We recommend this location for anyone visting Daytona Beach for Bike Week or Biketoberfest as the Resort is Biker friendly and this owner in particular didn't charge outrageous prices during this "event" week.

Great condo in a great location close to all ammenities.The family and I had a great time at the resort.The kids loved the pool's and the easy access to the beach.The staff at the resort were very helpfull and willing to help with any questions.Giovanios Italian restaurant had great food for the adults and the kids loved the food.Overall the condo was great and really liked that the resort had a Publix across the street and the boardwalk was only a couple of miles down the road.We will definately stay here again.I have already mentioned and recommended to friends and family.Thank You.

WOW! was the first thing that was said as we walked into this very nice, clean condo. Excellent resort and the price for the condo was unbelieveable for what you get. My hubby and two teenagers along with myself had a great time. The beach was great...very family oriented...no loud, rowdy people. We went to Universal Studios/Island of Adventure for two days which was only a little over an hour's drive from Daytona. Had a great time there. Would recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay again!! Recommended for: Families with Teenagers

Had a great time! Enjoyed the property very much. Kid friendly. Daytona Beach Resort was fantastic. We liked the location also. Thanks and will definitely be staying again.

This condo is exactly as described in the listing. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. I cannot say anything bad about this place! I will recommend this condo to everyone! i rented this condo im March 6 to March 10 2011 during the bike week's i really appriciated this condo very much,very clean,calm,the bed was very softelly.nice bat room and large shower cabinet,nice view on the beach(ocean view)and city view,clean lunch area,not old furnitureand close to the shopping center Belair plaza.pool very large and clean a lot of beach chair,nice pool bar,i would like to stay there again,,,but little bit longer. P.S.i will appreciate. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers

What a great location with a great price. The listing is very accurate and the accomodations are excellent. Pictures of condo and facilities are accurate as well. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable! The owners were great to deal with. Very prompt and professional. I will be staying here again and would also recommend it to anyone who wants a great room at a great price!!

Very clean and well maintained, you have a veiw of the beach as well as the city lights on A1A. Listing was accurate, owners where helpful and prompt with returning emails and phone calls. We where impressed with the beds, pillows and overall decor of the entire condo. It was an overall great experience and stay. We would recommend this this property to friends and family. (And we already have) looking forward to staying several more times. We enjoyed two restaurants within walking distance Charlie Horse and Giavoni's both had good selections and good food, no complaints from the party of six we met with. Only recommendation we have is bring your own hair dryer, other then that everything you need is available. This unit can be used for a couples retreat or family beach vacation.
