This beautiful one bedroom condo is ideally located in Lakeside Village near many year-round activities. It is right across the highway from the conference center. There is also an underground walkway that leads across Highway 6. This is convenient because you don't have to deal with the hassle of crossing a busy highway. In the winter, you can enjoy ice skating and hockey just outside your door. During the summer months, you can go out in a canoe, fish, or ride in a paddle boat. This unit is located on the lake side of the building, so you will enjoy spectacular views of the lake and the mountains from the bedroom and living room. In the bedroom, you will find a king sized bed and flat screen TV. Warm up by the gas fireplace in the living room or watch a movie on the 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The couch pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa to sleep 2 additional people. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook a meal away from home, and the dining room table will comfortably seat 4 people. Broadband internet connection is included with your stay.

Conventional wisdom says that you get a better deal if there is no manager involved. This is largely untrue in a high mountain environment like ours. Either the owner is using a management service on the side and ultimately building this cost into the rate or they are leaving everything to chance. Little problems are a BIG deal at 9,000 feet above sea level and in subzero temps. We are there if you lose your key. Being locked out of your condo in sub-zero temps is no fun. This is not a scare tactic. Every year we help several hundred guests with lock-out problems.
We now offer XBOX 360's, Playstation 3's, Nintendo Wii's and the iPad 2. Let your kids have a blast while you relax. We deliver and setup the devices for you. iPad 2's are connected to all the Wi-Fi signals in Keystone Resort. So take it where you want and have FUN! Bring your own games or get them from us.

...and great price in the early holiday season. What a great place to stay and overlooking the lake in Keystone Village. The heated garage was an awesome plus as the mountains dumped two feet in the four days we were there. Close to everything we needed, even jumped 45 minutes over to the back bowls of Vail for a day. Condo exceeded our expectations, great luggage trolley to go from outside to the room. A great stay. Location convenient with lake in front, breakfast below at Lakeside cafe. We hadn't been to Colorado in years and decided it would be a great place for a short "end of summer" get-a-way. This place was perfect. The unit was very nice, the resort was fun...biking, walking, paddle boating were all available this time of year. The pizza restaurant was very good. Nice location with nearby restaurants. Had a nice view of the lake and mountains. Across the lake rented a kayak which was fun.
