Everyone using the condominium is to check in at the front desk of the Keystone Condo Registration and Check In building. For use of the condo, check-in time is after 4:00 PM, at which time security locking system cards will be issued. Upon departure, by 11:00 AM, the security locking system’s cards are to be returned to the front desk for check-out.
Our unit is for the enjoyment of all. If you have any suggestions, comments, or want to tell us if you enjoyed your stay, please give us a call or drop us a note. Don’t forget to sign the Guest Book located in our unit.
Individual deposits are fully refundable if canceled at least 45 days before arrival. Any cancellation received later than 45 days may be subject to forfeiture of deposit. PLEASE REMEMBER: PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.

The location of Decatur Condominiums is convenient to many key activities in Keystone. For those that want to remain on the quieter side our condo is very comfortable for relaxing. It is easy to sit back, open the large sliding glass walls, breath the fresh air and enjoy being in the mountains. Some days special events will be staged in the field directly in front of the Condo. In the Summer there may be hot air balloon rides and music festivals. All year around there have been firework displays, children playing, sunrises and sunsets. Lay back, turn on the music, take in the great views and enjoy the moment.

Wow! What a fantastic Christmas we had at this condo! The weather was fantastic . . . tons of snow . . . and plenty of sunshine! This condo has incredible views of the slopes, it's very quiet and short shuttle to Mountain House base. It includes all the amenities you need and is very spacious!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Another terrific long weekend in your Keystone condo, Robert. Our daughter flew up from Vegas to join us and said the Murphey bed was very comfortable. We hiked, biked, played tennis and swam and also enjoyed the BBQ street party in Frisco. We spend a few hours at River Run, at the foot of Keystone ski area and frankly, were very happy to have selected your condo at Decatur. It's so quiet and peaceful! At night, we could even hear the river. Such a treat! Thank you again Robert. We will be back!

We had a terrific time in Keystone at your condo, Robert. The condo was bright, clean and spacious and very comfortable. We loved the quiet location but were still a stones throw from the lake and conference center. And best ~~ the views were to die for!! Thank you!! We hope to return for the fall colors.

During the past few years I have received many kind letters and emails from people using our condominium. I have finally decided to add an electronic guestbook to our listing.
