Just steps from the lake, Conference Center, river, slopes, restaurants, shopping, paths. This spacious condo, with a full glass wall in living and bedroom overlooking mountains and ski area, features a Master Bedroom with a queen bed and private powder room.
For maximum sleeping accommodations, there is also a double-size wall bed in the living room and a built-in couch area suitable for a youngster. This condo is fit for the complete stay. Our building features an elevator, private ski locker in the main lobby area, and laundry facilities. The adjacent building features a swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool.
Everyone using the condominium is to check in at the front desk of the Keystone Condo Registration and Check In building. For use of the condo, check-in time is after 4:00 PM, at which time security locking system cards will be issued. Upon departure, by 11:00 AM, the security locking system’s cards are to be returned to the front desk for check-out.
Keystone operates a bus system that runs from our recreation building to other parts of the village, to nearby towns, and to shopping centers. In the winter, free bus service from the ski lodge to other ski resorts (Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin) runs daily. Round trip shuttle service to Vail and Beaver Creek is at a nominal charge. Bus schedules are posted throughout Keystone or call Keystone Transportation at the phone number posted in the unit for Activities and Dining.
Smoking within the unit is not allowed. No pets, please.

Individual deposits are fully refundable if canceled at least 45 days before arrival. Any cancellation received later than 45 days may be subject to forfeiture of deposit. PLEASE REMEMBER: PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.

The location of Decatur Condominiums is convenient to many key activities in Keystone. For those that want to remain on the quieter side our condo is very comfortable for relaxing. It is easy to sit back, open the large sliding glass walls, breath the fresh air and enjoy being in the mountains. Some days special events will be staged in the field directly in front of the Condo. In the Summer there may be hot air balloon rides and music festivals. All year around there have been firework displays, children playing, sunrises and sunsets. Lay back, turn on the music, take in the great views and enjoy the moment.
