The top level consists of a 4th bedroom with a king bed and private bath, fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar (seating for 3), dining (seating for 10) & living areas, a sunroom with a 2nd dining table (seating for 4) and a half bath. Additional amenities include: central air & heat, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, 4 TVs w/cable (TV in Great Room is HD TV), 2 DVD players, VCR, surround sound for living area, 2 stereo systems w/CD players, video & DVD library, gas fireplace, telephones w/Free Long Distance, answering machine, wireless internet access, gaming center, covered & open decks with furniture, cabana w/changing area, outdoor speakers for pool area, enclosed outside shower, deck swings, picnic table, basketball hoop, BBQ grill, fish cleaning station.
