A genuine New Zealand Country cottage in a sunny location on a rural property. Recently refurbished with electric heating and modern fittings, the cottage is an ideal base for a couple wanting to enjoy the many activities available in New Zealand's southern lakes district.
There is a large bedroom with King Size bed and walk-in closet, a separate living room with Plasma TV and DVD, and a small kitchen area. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom and living room open onto a covered veranda and have spectacular views.
The cottage is 15 minutes drive from Queenstown airport, and less than 15 minutes drive to either Queenstown or Arrowtown. For snow skiers, Coronet Peak is a 20 minute drive.

My husband and I have traveled extensively and primarily rely on vacation rentals. We LOVED this place and the people who host it. The setting is extraordinary and the accomodation of the highest level -cozy, very tastefully appointed and within reasonable access to most of Queenstown's sights. We were in New Zealand for five weeks and the 8 nights we stayed here were our most memorable! We can't say enough about the specialness of this property and its owners!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

What a beautiful and well appointed cottage. The owners have put a tremendous amount of thought into the style and details which made this a lovely stay. It has everything that one could possibly need. Though the cottage is perfect, its the surroundings and incredible view that really took our breath away. Sitting on the porch reading a book and sipping away drink while the country side changes colour is magical. It is tucked up away off the road and a 15 min drive from either Queenstown or Arrowtown but even the drive is stunning. I really can't think of any bad points... Highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.
