WE TRULY ENJOYED OUR TIME AT LITTLE PALM. THE OWNERS HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PROVIDE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY. THE ONLY SUGGESTION THAT I WOULD MAKE IS TO HAVE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ELECTRONICS. I AM GOOD WITH ELECTRONICS AND I STRUGGLED TO MAKE EVERYTHING WORK AT TIMES. THAT SAID, IF THE WEATHER HAD BEEN BETTER, WE WOULD HAVE SPENT MUCH LESS TIME INDOORS. THE BEACH AND THE PROPERTY ARE JUST EXQUISITE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY.

We absolutely LOVED the Little Palm! All of the outdoor sitting was amazing and beautiful. The house inside was decorated beautifully and when we walked in, it smelled SO CLEAN! We had an amazing time and already rebooked for next year!!! We think this will be our little home away from home from now on!!! Roxana was amazing to deal with and we are fortunate to have found her!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Little Palm. It was as pretty as the pictures and the beach was incredible too!! Just to the side was a Water Toys Rental. The were fantastic as well! All we wanted and more out of our vacation!! Thank you!

Great location, great place

This place is as cute as the pictures show it to be. You cannot beat being right on the ocean - so handy. Beds were comfortable, location is great. We rented bikes and rode to Times Square area one day, toward Lovers Key another day. You can ride bikes in the beach for miles. There's a jet ski rental desk right next door. The trolley stop is close by - the Publix grocery store not far. Check the condiment supply before going to the store - you may not need to buy ketchup, mayo, etc. Our college aged boys enjoyed the stay as well. Breakfast & lunch at the house, out for dinner was perfect for us. We are hoping to return next year.

I can not think of a nicer place to say if you are looking to stay on Fort Myers Beach. Simply walk out the front door and you are on the beach ready for your morning walk or just to view the sun going down in the evening. The house is clean, has all the amenities for a restful, enjoyable time, but, if you are in the mood for night life, the center, with restaurants and shops, is just a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Little Palms and would suggest it to our family and friends.

"Little Palm" is spectacular. We had the pleasure of staying here in August and could not have found a more perfect beach location. Every little detail from beginning to end was magnificent. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely cozy and comfortable. There is nothing more spectacular than waking up each morning with the beach in your backyard! We truly enjoyed this little piece of paradise and cannot wait to go back!

Roxana and Pio's Little Palm house is an excellent place to stay. The outside and the inside of the house is amazing. the decoration, the colors and the beach is out of this world. Everything makes you feel relax and comfortable, like Paradise. I have a wonderful time with all of our friends. The house is so spacious that handle a big group of us to cook, have fun and enjoy. The great beach, the beautiful sunset and the incredible view makes you feel in Heaven. Little Palm House is a place to go, enjoy, feel love and bless. Thank Roxana and Pio for letting us have part of that wonderful world.

we stayed at little palm for the july fourth weeekend . take about paradise this is the place. everything you need is in the house so just bring food and colthes. the view from the house to the beach is wounderful to wake up and have coffie on the terrace is speechless< i will recomend this place to all my friends and familly and we are already booking our next vacation there. we were so happy with everything .we give it all the thubs up we can . thankyou

Incredible vacation.

We loved this place so much that we have come back again. As before, we had the best time in the world. Great house equipped with everything you need to make it a memorable stay. Conveniently located, there are many restaurants nearby, a grocery store less than a mile away and very close to the downtown area in case you want to walk around and visit all the shops. The best part is that you're just steps away from the wonderful beach. You can also rent chairs, umbrellas and jet skis right next door. The house has a porch from which you can sit and watch the beautiful sunset and also you can sit there and enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning while looking at the sea. Doesn't get any better than this. I would highly recommend this place.

My husband and I had a wonderful time the 4 th. of July weekend. The accommodations were comfy, pretty, first class and all the activities we enjoyed were memorable. You really have a knack for planning just the right mix of activities and relaxation time. We loved bicycling by the beach and touring the area. Many, many thanks for seeing to it that we had such a great time. We deeply appreciate your efforts and feel blessed to have such dear friends. By the way , the beach was AWESOME ! A+++ the beach is right there, no more than 20 steps ! Wow!

This was the most relaxing time that I have had in years. The home was very clean, organized & refreshing when you walked through the front doors. It was more like visiting your family than going to a vacation rental or Motel/hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to get away from the fast pace world that we are living in today. I normally take my work with me when I go on vacation every year but I wasn't even tempted to pick up my laptop or call the office to check on things while I was at the property. The decor was fabulous, the beds were comfortable. Everything you needed was within minutes from the property itself. The walks on the beach at night or early morning were relaxing & you didn't have to worry with anyone bothering you. Rox has really done a great job on this place. I look forward to going back to the Little Palm & spending another relaxing few days.

Heavenly Vacation

This was truly an exceptional trip for my family and I. We had time to relax and reconnect and really love on each other as well as just have fun and be silly! There is always something very powerful about spending time in a place of Heavenly power! The good Lord above decided where the water would end and and land begin. On the land at this house was heavenly! Every single comfort of home and place where we all felt really close to God and his love. He has given us wonderful friends and great memories that will last our lifetimes. This place is truly a little slice of Heaven on Earth!

Great house right on the beach!

We stayed February 2012 for a week with our 3 small children. The house was so clean and lovely upon our arrival. Everything is as pictured. What a great beach house! The softness of the sand was amazing! It was so pleasant to walk on. The water was nice and shallow. Our 6 and 4 year old could easily got out a long way and play without worries. The beds were comfortable. While the walk through bedroom was odd at first, by day 2 we were use to it. Plus, the covered porch was so great we didn't mind walking outside. We had fun renting Waverunners. A minor kitchen cabinet problem was quickly fixed after contacting the owner. Great owner to rent from! On the final night of our stay, a group at the pool/condos next door were talking rather loudly until about 11 p.m. It was loud enough to keep us awake but did not bother the kids. Definitely will be back!!!!

We spent a week at Little Palm recently and had an unforgettable time. The location was perfect for spending days at the beach and watching sunsets at night. We absolutely loved our stay at Little Palm. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and comes fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The house is beautifully decorated but the true beauty is found in the awesome view of the ocean from the porch. I spent every evening falling asleep to the sound of the waves that can be heard from the master suite. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of paradise with us! More than we expected, better than we had hoped!

The photos do not do Little Palm justice. To be fair to the photographer, though, I'm not sure if anyone could adequately capture the setting. I have no idea how a place in such close physical proximity to other buildings (let's face it, Estero Island is well built-up!) could possibly feel so secluded, but it DOES! We had an amazing sense of privacy from the moment we pulled into that fantastic driveway. The professional landscaping gives the place its amazing privacy, and to us, the topper was the private beach access. And the house itself matches its surroundings. Tastefully decorated and well-appointed, Little Palm's eclectic and entertaining floor plan makes it a joy to inhabit. And "Do Nothing" is just the start of it. We brought a lot of things we didn't need to bring. The house is very well stocked; bring nothing but your clothes and whatever food you wish to prepare (of course, you can grocery shop at Topps or Publix). The kitchen is excellently stocked, as are the bathrooms and the laundry room. Simply fantastic; we really didn't have a care in the world while we were enjoying the haven called Little Palm. If you choose to stay at Roxana's Little Palm, you will NEVER regret your choice. And Roxana was great to work with and was very patient with my learning curve about Pay Pal. Thanks for the great stay, Roxana! You really have a top-notch beach house! Yes, we'd really like to come back some day (just ask the kids!).

Little Palm was the perfect location for my daughter's wedding !!!

My daughter loves Fort Myers Beach and wanted a wedding overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. When she saw the house and beach she cried ! This was exactly what she wanted !!! Staying at Little Palm made so many things needed for the wedding so much easier ! The ceremony was done on the beach with the bride coming down the stairs from Little Palm. The guests were seated ( some chose to stand ) along the walk leading out to the beach. The house and beach path are private enough to make it very special and quiet enough that people could hear the bride and groom ! We had plenty of casual seating and extra chairs out by the beach. The mood created by the location and sunset made for some magical moments which the photographer said made her job so much easier ! Everyone commented on how perfect Little Palm was for this type of gathering ! Dinner was a buffet style affair inside and this allowed people to mingle and enjoy the food and spend time with my daughter and son-in-law. The weather was perfect and a nice evening breeze made it seem like we were on a faraway tropical island. Friends and family enjoyed the easy feeling and everyone was so relaxed. I can't imagine a better location for a wedding ! Being able to enjoy those gathered and not having to leave and go to another location for the night was so much better. They enjoyed their day/evening and several days after without the usual time pressures associated with typical weddings. My other daughter already said she wants this place for her wedding !!!!

Pure Bliss!

My first reaction to the house one word "stunning". The color scheme is amazing, everything is detailed from the color of the wall to the ornaments on the shelves, even the sea shell chandelier . The tranquil colors of the home definetly make you feel relaxed and at peace. I had a wonderful time with my friends. We were all very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Full kitchen !! We had great family dinner and a midnight barbecue. We would spend the nights hearing the waves crash, feel the breeze like there was no worry in the world. Our thoughts were of togetherness, enjoyment and peace. We were in touch with nature, and with ourselves.

Six of us stayed at Little Palm and it was Beautiful, comfortable, very accommodating, very clean. The yard was very private and yet only a few steps from the beach. We ate breakfast and a few dinners outside. It was mor than we expected. We had a wonderful time and wished we could of stayed more that a week. We would recommend Little Palm to anyone or should I say everyone. We couldn't ask for more. The bed were very comfortable and we all slept well. Little Palm - Little Paradise

My husband and I recently spent 3 weeks at Little Palm. We were joined by our son, daughter-in-law, and two small grandchildren for nine days. This property was perfect; cozy enough for 2 and spacious enough for 6. The pictures are very accurate. The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed, including a waffle iron for the morning my grandson decided that's what he wanted for breakfast. The beach is beautiful and just a few steps from the house. We rented a cabana from the family-owned jet ski/parasailing business next door. Great people. Enjoyed several restaurants including Junkanoo's, A Table Apart, Coconut Jack's, The Heavenly Biscuit (breakfast), and Bayside Bistro (Sunday brunch). Randy's Paradise Seafood in Bonita Springs is a wonderful place to get fresh seafood for the grill. We all enjoyed the trolley to Times Square for a walk on the pier, playground for our grandson, and ice cream. The owners were so easy to work with. We didn't have any problems or concerns, but feel confident they would have taken care of anything that had arisen. We fell in love with Little Palm almost immediately and were very sad to leave. We certainly hope to return next year for another look at those fantastic sunsets.

We stayed at Little Palm with our two adult sons and two grandsons for a week. It was a wonderful time at a wonderful place. The house was a home to us, with all the comfort that that inspires. We hung out, cooked, laughed, played games, walked on the beach, played in the water, talked, visited and shared a special time in our lives. The house was perfect, fully equipped and so comfortable. A beautiful and warm retreat from our cold Wisconsin winter. The owners were responsive and friendly to any questions we had and did everything they could to make this a vacation that will be seared in our memories for years to come.

Sorry that it has taken so long to write, but back into work, sports, travel, etc. We loved the clean and well-maintained house and all of its amenities. The location could not have been better. Sun-filled days on the white sand beach right out the front door, long walks/runs on the beachfront, incredible sunsets, and quiet nights. Thank you for allowing us to stay at the "Little Palm."

wonderful stay

two great weeks on the beach. Comfortable house, good location, beautiful beach. We just wished it would have been sunny every day. Will try to come a little later in the month next time! Would definitely come back in the future.

This was the perfect getaway for our family!! The house is wonderful - no expenses were spared in the decoration of this home. It was very comfy and cozy and we all felt right at home. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, nice big tv for late night watching! The location is superb - right on the beach - yes - ON the beach! The sand is wonderful and we spent the days watching dolphins from the beach or the porch. The kids played in the sands for hours and hours until we finally watched the sun set over the Gulf. I can't say enough about this house - you will not be disappointed!

Our family had an outstanding week. The description and pictures lived up to our expectations, very neat, clean and well cared for. It easily accommodated the six of us. Access to the beach was wonderful. Walking distance to Publix and trolley access right in front. Our young adult kids said it was the best Christmas ever. We would love to return for another relaxing time at the beach.

Beautifully decorated oceanfront cottage. Completely furnished, it has everything that you need to spend a relaxing vacation. Spotless. The best part is that it's just steps from the beach. You can also watch the sunset from the deck. Close to restaurants, grocery stores etc.. Would definitely recommend.

LET ME TEL YOU ABOUT THE BEACH HOUSE THEY CALL IT LITTLE PLAM BUT I CALL IT MY LITTLE HAVEN. YOU WILL FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED & IT IS SO COZY!! ITS LIKE YOU ARE PART OF IT. NOW HERE IS THE BEST PART OF ALL IS WHEN YOU OPEN THE BACK DOOR & YOU SEE THE SAND TRIKELING ALL THE WAY TO THE OCEAN, THAT IS CALLED PEACE OF MIND. ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU BECOME SO RELAXED & YOU WILL HAVE A PERMENANT PICTURE RECORDED IN YOUR MIND WHEN YOU LEAVE. THE SAINT-LO’S

We had the pleasure of staying at "Little Palm" last summer and can't wait to go back. This house is a true beach house in every sense of the word. From the minute you arrive you feel the need to unwind. The owners have done an amazing job of decorating. The views from the porch are beautiful and the fact that you have the beach as your backyard is truly amazing. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family.
